Question 1 – What is Warehoues.Live all about? Answer – Warehouses.Live is a Livestreaming Company – not only do we provide solutions and services for businesses to setup a Livestreaming conduit, we also do direct live sales from vendors our customers and followers resonate with. We showcase gems, minerals, jewelry, handmade goods, antiques, and more – offering up a different way to shop! We typically favor direct importers, manufacturers, or wholesale vendors for direct sales, cutting out several middle-men along the way, just to bring our followers the lowest prices. We primarily operate in the USA, but we offer international shipping for select clients as well. So far, Warehouses.Live has streamed from almost 60 different vendors, over a dozen different trade shows, in 10 different cities – and that was in 2021. This year we are expanding out to the East Coast, to bring you all the best in the East AND the West. We talk to hundreds of vendors throughout the year and have booths in several trade shows as well, and are constantly looking for good places to do LIVE SALES: established and vetted vendors with low prices, exclusive goods, great attitudes, and a hell of an experience for everyone – just watch one of our shows to see, and welcome aboard – the journey is just getting started!

2 – How do I claim items on your Live Feeds? It’s shockingly easy (barely an inconvenience!) to register, just click this link - https://warehouses.live - Facebook will ask if you want to share your email – we do, that’s what we send your invoice to after the show. You can double check your billing email by clicking into the DASHBOARD – please do so, and change it if necessary! Then, head over to our livestream! When an item comes up you are interested in, say SOLD and the dollar amount – for example, if we hold up a quartz cluster and say the price is $45, just comment in chat “SOLD 45” to claim! The item goes to the first person we see that says SOLD with the proper dollar amount. Now, just because you said SOLD does not mean you automatically win – we go with the first person who says SOLD on our screens. Your response will always appear on your screen first, but it takes travel time (aka latency) to transmit that to the Facebook platform, and then back to us. While we do strive for everyone to get at least an item or two they are after, this is not a guarantee! Sometimes our shows are a fast and furious ride, with many people trying to claim items simultaneously. Restart your device, and even use multiple devices when watching! Once our show is about done, we do our drawings for the FREE RAFFLE PRIZES, then end the stream, then send invoices – this takes about 5 minutes- our system automatically itemizes, sorts, creates, then sends invoices to PayPal, who then sends you an invoice directly, giving you buyback protection on everything purchased on our shows. Pay your invoices early to get additional raffle tickets for our next show (explained below)!
*NEW IN 2022!* We have also added a *DEALS* page – visit https://warehouses.live/deals while we are live to access vendor specific bulk items, and add them directly to your cart while we are live. You can also click the “CLAIMED” button to show the contents of everything you have claimed, with a real-time subtotal, so you always know what your invoice will look like! 3 – What is this “FREE PRIZE RAFFLE” I keep hearing about? A – Warehouses.Live has always believed in the nature of a truly “free” prize. We offer several ways to get raffle tickets – we will always offer three (or more) free prizes each show we run, and a raffle ticket gets you one chance to win it, no purchase necessary (but void where prohibited)! On top of that, we will also ship the item to you for free. One caveat, if you haven’t shopped with us before, you have to let us know where to ship it to! Oh, and at least right now, USA customers only get free shipping options. International customers – we can give a credit on your postage (the price it would cost to send in USA), but you would have to make up the difference. We do our free prize giveaway at the end of EVERY SHOW! You can get a raffle ticket right now in two different ways -

You don’t even need to be at our next show to claim it, we will contact you! However, if you DO show up, even for a minute, you can always add a raffle ticket on the DEALS page - potentially giving you three chances to win!

4 - How much is shipping? How does your shipping process work? Why do you send two invoices? A - We use the "Two Invoice System" to ship. Unfortunately there is not really a way to estimate shipping before you bid, at least not yet. If we had 100% of our vendors merchandize in a database, with each individual piece in the warehouses weighed, labeled, and bar-coded (like Amazon does), then yes, that would be feasible. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, our vendors have far too many unique products, so it is cost prohibitive to implement such a system, especially on the fly for visiting sales reps like Warehouses.Live. The good news is, our business model actually is the mirror opposite of that; the reason it works is we can go in with minimal setup and still provide the great deals they have to our audience – it saves you money! If we had to spend a couple hundred hours at each vendor cataloguing their content, prices would go WAY up. Also, other factors weigh into shipping cost, like location and box dimensions - that can't be predicted... until the order is packed. So, we use the two invoice system.

5 - What if an item is damaged in shipping? A - We stand behind what we sell. That said, some items will "crumble" in transit - that is the nature of buying directly from the source, as we try to. While you won't see this on a retail purchase (believe me, the retailer sure does!), it may indeed happen when purchasing directly from an importer. However, if there is significant damage, like a piece turns into powder, or cracks into pieces – just take a couple pictures and send them to our page. We will offer you choices:
1 - a pre-paid label to ship the item back at our expense + a full refund once received
2 – a partial refund – you keep the product and we refund some of the purchase price
3 – we can give you a future credit for 85% of the item cost for a future show

9 – Do you ever do any trade show appearances yourself? A – Why, yes – yes we do! Currently we have booths in three shows a year – the 22nd Street Show in Tucson Arizona in Jan / Feb, the New Jersey Show in May, and the Denver Show in September – all hosted by Eons Expos – we provide live coverage from those shows, in addition to having a booth where we can meet clients, show off our solutions, and in general, just have a fun time showcasing awesome stuff to awesome people!
