Well finished my brief experience with the Tesla model 3 from budget. This was my first time ever driving a tesla, although I've ridden in a model x a few times. Overall I thought it was awesome amazing technology it took me a while to get used to the controls like to find how you adjust the side view mirrors, the hazard light button, and even the climate controls. But all that is because I always get into a car to review without doing any research just to see how intuitive things are.
I'll be doing a full review of the model 3 on my YouTube channel it'll Post in the next few days. Oh and my budget experience was overall pretty good, when I first picked the model 3 up at PSP and drove it away from the airport I saw it only was charged to 30%. The car was also not washed. I complained on social media and to Budget customer service and the manager of Palm Springs location called me and they delivered a replacement car to me immediately properly charged at 70% and nicely washed. But TBH I'm not sure if they did that because I'm a an auto writer or just for good customer service.

Took the 2023 Harley Softail Heritage Classic to downtown Palm Springs and the Marilyn Monroe statue. I'm really enjoying my time on the Heritage Classic, great on city streets and maneuvering and of course awesome on the open road with that big 114 cubic inch motor, saddlebags and a windshield.
This is a rental from EagleRider, with locations all over the world it's a great way to plan a motorcycle adventure. They rent bikes but also can provide gear, helmets jackets and a full itinerary. They can even program the route into the bikes GPS so it's all ready to go when you arrive.

My Palm Springs road trip adventure continues with a visit to the awesome Palm Springs art museum. The museum is downtown, directly behind the Marilyn Monroe statue.
Having a lot of fun on the 2023 Harley-Davidson Softail Heritage Classic. Today I rode in traffic downtown and found it very easy to handle in parking lots and traffic lights things like that. And I also wrote it down Indian Canyon to the freeway, through the desert and it's really great at high speeds with the windshield and cruise control.

I'm spending a week on this beautiful, powerful 2023 . This is a rental bike from which has an office at -Davidson of Palm Springs.
I really love EagleRider, they're a great way to put together an awesome riding vacation as they have locations all over the world. For most major cities you can arrange a rental of any kind of bike you want, including metric, as well as all the gear you need, routes and itineraries, everything.
EagleRider is also great if you're a rider but you don't ride that frequently so perhaps you don't need the expense of owning a bike you can just rent one from them whenever you want to have a ride.

I'm very excited to spend a week with this bad boy, the 2023 Classic. I'm doing a rental from , the best rental company with locations all over the world. They're Harley's official rental partner and have locations at some -Davidson dealerships, like .

It's like flying private, on the street. I continue to be impressed with the 2022 Lexus LX 600 F Sport. Especially with the recent monsoon rains here in Southern California it's been great to drive the LX 600 around. I even took it off road in the desert today. You'll be able to see videos of all my adventures in the big Lexus SUV on my YouTube channel.
This is the F Sport, the sporty, performance oriented version of the big three row SUV. It has a very responsive twin turbo V6 engine with about 400 horsepower and you can really control it with the different drive modes. I drove it in the ECO mode today trying to get the best gas mileage, and that's a much different experience than when you put it in Sport +.

Off-roading in the desert with the dog and the 2022 Lexus LX 600 f sport.
The more time I spend with this large luxury suv, the more I like it. Initially I was disappointed in the twin turbo V6 which replaced the v8, but I'm liking it more and more. It has a 10-speed transmission which really adapts to your driving style.
I'm also loving the quiet interior, it has excellent sound insulation and I love the build quality, everything just feels very solid. This LX 600 F SPORT prices out at just under $110,000.

This was a truly incredible car to drive, it's a special edition M3, the 2023 BMW M3 Competition Edition 50 Jahre M.
Limited to only 500 units produced for the world, it's a very rare car, produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of BMW M power. This car is shown in interlagos blue metallic and you can see it on my YouTube channel as I did a full review.
With options as you see it here the car is just under $106K.
With just more than 500 horsepower from its twin turbo inline 6 cylinder BMW m engine it's just a joy to drive. It's small enough to give you that serious sports car feel, a big enough that you can carry five people and some luggage if you need to. This suspension transmission everything is very race tuned and it's just a thrill to drive.

Finally after years of driving their amazing cars, I rode a BMW motorcycle. This is the 2023 BMW R 18 Pure and it's powered by an enormous, two cylinder 1802 cc boxer engine. It's the largest boxer engine BMW has ever manufactured.
I filmed the experience and you'll be able to see my full review and a tour of the bike on my YouTube channel next week. I really enjoyed riding the R 18 Pure, the Pure designation means it's pretty stripped down without many accessories. This bike is right around $15,000 but you can get essentially the same bike as a full dresser bagger with fairings and all that for $30,000.

If you've watched my videos on YouTube or followed me here on instagram, you know I work with Rolls-Royce a lot. I've driven and reviewed the Ghost, the Cullinan, the Wraith and the Dawn but until this week I had never driven the Phantom.
This is the 2023 Rolls-Royce Phantom finished in dark emerald with 22-in forged black disc wheels. As it sits here, this car is $651,450.
With that twin turbo V12 engine and all the technology like a satellite guided transmission, it just floats down the road and it's a joy to drive. It's big, about the size of a Chevy suburban, but it's manageable and I didn't feel uncomfortable in traffic or parking it or anything like that.

I'm spending some time with the 2022 Kia Stinger GT2 V6 RWD.

That's a long name for a $54,000 Kia with 368 horsepower. It's Kia sport sedan and it's a lot of fun to drive, I've been calling it a Korean S6.

it's an impressive car that really does compete a cars that cost almost twice as much, like the s6.

But when I drive a car like this I always imagine if I got into it and it had no labels or badges or names, would I know what kind of car it was. And this one I would know was a Kia or Toyota maybe, it just lacks that serious road car feel that you get with a BMW or Lexus or Mercedes.

I really had a lot of fun behind the wheel of the 2022 Rolls-Royce Ghost Black badge. I drove it all around San Diego, but my favorite was a night drive for a couple hours through random neighborhoods. It's a chance for me to drive the car without cameras without worrying about photos and angles and just experience the car itself.
Also it's an opportunity to experience a car in real-world situations on small streets in traffic with other drivers around. After a few hours of driving around I got back on the freeway to go back to downtown San Diego where I was staying.........
