How do you relax at the end of a long day?

If you’re struggling to respond because you have a hard time shutting your busy brain off, here are some ideas for you!

• Pull out your The Coloring Hive book and practice coloring!
• Meditate using an app like Calm or Breethe
• Read your favourite book
• Journal your thoughts from the day (PS if you have difficulty knowing what to journal, the app DiveThru provides prompts to get you thinking!)
• Practice breathing deeply
• Listen to a soothing album (we recommend Frank Ocean)

Hey, I'm Gillian! I started Joltbook because I wanted to combine my love for creativity with my experience and passion for publishing!

A few things you should know about me:

✨ My hair is almost always some shade of pink!
✨ I come from a sales and marketing background in the world of publishing, but I am a creative at heart and I love to spend my free time drawing new designs for Joltbook's
✨ I love to journal. I'm a very busy person, and I find that putting pen to paper helps me to process my thoughts!
✨ I love dogs. The bigger and fluffier, the better!
