Basic requirements in applying to work on CRUISE SHIPS ⚓️🚢🌎🌊

•Have at least 2 years hotel/restaurant experience sea or landbased
•Must have a valid passport
•Basic Safety Training( BT/SOLAS)
•SIRB( seamans book)
•At least 21 years old. (Walang age limit basta pasado ka sa medical😊)
•Meet the language requirements relevant to your position( MARLINS) physically, mentally and emotionally fit! (Maipasa nyo ang medical goods ka na, kaya alagaan ang sarili.)

Then apply kayo sa mga legit na cruise line agencies such as: Magsaysay, UPL,Singa ship, RCM Inc., Jensen PTC, Bahia Shipping, MSC crewing, CF Sharp,TDG Crew Management,Scanmar, V-Ships and many more(the more agencies you apply,the more chances of getting hired)!
Wag focus sa isang company lang, try mo lahat then pusuan mo nalang yung company na sa tingin mo swak ang talino at abilidad mo!

Follow nyo din ang mga social media accounts ng mga agencies na yan especially abangan ang mga walk in or mass hiring events nila.

Kung wala kang experience, wag mo muna waste ang time mo pag apply kasi mabibigo ka lang and you’ll end up feeling demotivated.
Spend your time gaining for experience muna land based. Pag matikas ka na , apply na! Sisiw na lang ang interview dahil iba ang may alam at karanasan 👌

Hindi po ako recruiter or connected sa hiring agency. Empleyado lang din po ako at wala po tayo connections! Kaya pasensya na if di ko kayo matulungan na mairefer dahil promise wala din po tayong backer. Tulad ng iba dumaan din tayo sa butas ng karayom para makapag apply!
