Ross Johnston began running at 62-years-old after watching a documentary on the North Face 100 in the Blue Mountains that caused teenage memories to flood back to him. Now 70, he has completed 8 ultra distance trail runs and 11 ultra distance multisport events, with more to come! COVID-19 has seen his latest challenge, a 120km run from Port Douglas to Cairns postponed until next year, however that won't stop Ross from raising much needed funds for Beyond Blue through other challenges in the meantime.
