The SSB Worldwide DX Contest is over for this year. W4PW logged 202 DX contacts this year. This number is small potatoes in the DX world, but if you make 1 or 10,000 it's fun to get on the air and talk around the world. My results (log) have already been submitted and I should know my final results in the contest in the spring of 2025.

I was able to capture the below images from the International Space Station (ISS) during its testing of "Slow Scan TV" (SSTV) as it passed over. I was unable to capture images, 2, 3, 9 and 10 out of 12 images downlinked. All the images came from the Russian side of the ISS as one can see below. de W4PW

International Marconi Day on Amateur Radio...

If you ever get the chance to work KM1CC... it's worth the contact and the return QSL card. Probably one of the neatest QSL cards to add to any ham shack. The QSL card has a lot of history on it dealing with Marconi.
