Aligned actions.
I used to think that sitting in meditation, going for hypnosis, regression therapy, and even psychedelic ceremonies was what would change my life, heal my soul, and yada yada yada.
Turns out, it was work. Actions. And not just any actions but steps aligned with the version of myself I wanted to be.
All of my experiences were fantastic stepping stones or rather booster buttons on my journey of self-development. They would also have no value if not for my actions after each of them.
In fact, without taking other steps and implementing what I have learned in each experience, I wouldn’t have been able to reach another booster button.
And I wished, oh how I wanted, someone would guide me along my way.
There surely were people who held my hand here and there, but for most of my journey, I had to go through the pathless woods alone.
Most of the time, I was completely lost, learning to hold my own hand, so 12 years later, I will be strong enough to guide others, hold their hand, and show them the invisible steps toward the life they long for.
❗️Transparency alert: to have me as your guide means lots of work for you. Excellent results, fast and beautiful shift into the life you want, but through work.
We will work together - I will show you the way and you will walk it.
❌So if you are still looking for easy solutions, please keep scrolling.
The life you want is closer than you think, and you can get there fast with energy work, but its work. You’ll have to transform yourself.

They say that when terrible things happen to you in life, you should grow wise. Instead, most people become wounded.
Continuation of Part One👇
🔹I learned that taking responsibility for your life is scary but empowering.
🔹I learned that illnesses don’t come unannounced. The bigger the disease, the more red flags appeared before, and we just chose to ignore them.
🔹I learned that in this life, you can’t be anything other than yourself, so instead of trying to be like everyone else or to appeal to other people, please them, it's better to concentrate on truly exploring who you are. What is your body like? What is your mind like? What do you like and don’t like?
🔹I learned that you could play this game of life however you want; we are truly unlimited. The only limits are your mind and the space of another being.
🔹And I learned that life tends to end unexpectedly. So speak like those are your last words, act like it's the last time you see someone, and live like it's your last day of vacation, and you want to make sure you enjoy the hell out of it.
All of those life lessons were learned through a lot of suffering.
🔹But here is another thing I learned. You 🫵make a choice, to be a victim of your circumstances or learn, wise up, and live happily. Because life is now, not in your memory of the past, not your imagination of the future.
So please do yourself a favor, take your lessons, and live happy before it's over.
