Laksa

A spicy noodle soup that can be enjoyed with whatever toppings you want to pair it with. A rich and spicy broth soup with a soothing fresh coconut milk to balance its taste, it's also paired with different seafood toppings like a flavorful imitation crab, delicious shrimp bites, mouthful squid balls, pieces of eggs and a colorful Bok choy topped with crispy garlic bits.

You can also enjoy it with you favorite toppings like lobsters, crabs, chicken or even with a lustful marinated pork. Mix and match however you like it or what's available in your kitchen.

Chicken Katsu, Pork Katsu and Ebi Tempura

A guilt free and succulent Chicken Katsu or a sinful but juicy Pork Katsu to satisfy that craving and it's also paired with a rich and flavorful Tonkatsu Sauce.
A seafood version called Ebi Tempura, It's a simple yet crispy shrimp variant paired with Tempura Sauce for a light and refreshing soy based sauce to complement its every bite.

My own version of a crispier classic Dinakdakan dish that's similar to the famous Sisig dish, but with a creamier mouthfeel, juicier meat and a smokey flavor.
Another mouthwatering dish with a twist but retained its natural unique sour flavor of the Ilokano Vinegar. The balance of spice and chili's to heat it all up while you can still savor its juicy meat.
