All I did was TRY to tune into WLPO to listen to the school closings due to polar temps and what do I tune into?… the typical morning show host-Thorson spewing hate as he always does about Trump. Sounded like he was about to cry that Trump won the Iowa caucus. The hate and attempts to create hate and division amongst listeners is disgusting.
I use to be friends with Thorson until I saw how hateful he is and how he was chatting with my teenage niece a few years ago until she finally blocked him. This morning he was in agreement with some personal friend and psycho-therapist of his that women who support Trump have mental issues. This guy is disgusting and spews evil through his radio platform.
Sure glad I separated myself from such a hateful people divider as him.

Picked out my fire gear for one of the many fire departments that are short handed. I was on this FD years ago while i was on the PFD but the former chief and board refused to provide proper updated gear and training so i left. Residents of a community shouldn’t be left without a fire department because of the mis-management by public officials.
Volunteer with your local FD and get the training needed to assist others.
The Village of Dalzell Fire Board District stated they have the funds to train and purchase gear which is much needed.

Thanks to Fire Chief Tom Riordan and Asst. Chief Alex Justi for putting the residents of Dalzell first over politics.
