The seas are deteriorating as a result of our pollution and marine biology is so crucial to our health as humans, and health of the planet in general so we really need to protect them.

Oceans absorb about 30% of the Co2 produced by humans. They also absorb about 90%of the excess heat that’s in the climate system.

3 billion people globally depend on marine biology to support their livelihood.

By 2025 the UN want to really push down on marine pollution of all kinds, particularly from land based activities, which is the pollution that we cause.
