The company was founded by a community caring youngster Sinqobile Zulu whose vision is to promote and professionally manage upcoming artists in order to upli

ft and boost their success in the ShowBizz industry. VISION & MISSION
Ngcede Music label is to discover new talent and make a meaningful contribution to the music industry through sustainable music projects and various other collaborations. Our mission is to change lives and be a community builder through events and initiatives that bring people and communities together. OBJECTIVES
• Discover unique and incredible music talents.
• Ensure quality music production.
• Introduce the artist’s music into the music business
• Profile and brand the artist to expose them to other job opportunities such as brand ambassadorship. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Ngcede Music operates through the following departments:
1. Administration
This department is responsible for:
• Data capturing and filing
• Reception

2. Management
This department is the broadest department in the company.our artists’ success depends on management through the below sub-departments:

2.1. A&R
This sub-department is responsible for discovering new and creative talents from local unprivileged artists based in music.
2.2. Artist management
• Responsible for handling the procedure of artists’ recruitment.
• Responsible for planning ,organising,leadind and controlling the signed artist and their work.

2.3. Distribution
This sub-department is responsible for availing the artist’s work to rightful consumers.

2.4. Marketing management
• Responsible for organising artist’s branding and promotional tools
• Responsible for drawing markrting strategic plans.
• To evaluate quality and effectiveness of the marketing strategic plans.

2.5. Our business operation strategy is also designed to create job opportunities for other individuals. The company does this by outsourcing some of it’s work to other companies when necessary. For instant, Ngcede music is officially managed and administered by Black Tool Music ( www.blacktoolmusic.blogspot.com).

Our very first ever music project:

Title: Mtshibeni Music Workshop
Venue: Riverside Community Hall (uMzimkhulu)
Time: 11am To 17:00pm
Dated held: 27 December 2021

On this date alongside Black Tool MUSIC we delivered music business information all the way from Durban to local artists of uMzimkhulu.

We than as Ngcede Music Records discovered new and fresh talent from the youth. Our excitement is that we have been a helping hand in this local community 100% free of charge.
It is also exciting that we will be working with some of the local artist of this area next year 2022.

As we speak, we are currently on top of a project with some young Kasi Rap artists by the name PUPPY GANG discovered from this workshop.
