❗ OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE ❗

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your patience during the past week. There has been a lot going on behind the scenes and we want to share it with our community in a transparent manner.

As you know the reason this edition was unable to take place was that Prophecy ended up not having permission to be on the land that was selected for the event. This was a huge oversight and risk that the organizing team faced, and it ended with major consequences.

We have realized that as a current team Prophecy has reached its limit of growth, and we are bringing industry professionals to take over the planning and ex*****on of the event moving forward.

That being said, these changes come with major challenges and roadblocks ahead, but we intend to overcome them so that we can reignite the community with a new found purpose for the event.

From the start, Prophecy was intended to create a place for freedom of expression and bringing the community together. It breaks our heart that we were unable to fulfill our promises for this edition. This is why the management team has decided to do everything within our power to continue forward with a new Prophecy Edition later this year.

NEXT EDITION INFORMATION:

As the new team moves forward with planning the new edition later this summer, we will not promise anything until we can prove to the community that the event has all proper permits and contracts in place to ensure the success of the event.

If you wish to hold your ticket for a future edition you will be entitled to any of the future events for the next 3 years.

It is our hope that you decide to ride out this wave with us and help us to learn from mistakes and grow into something amazing with the help of the community. At no point has this ever been about making money and we hope that our communications allow for trust to be re-established that we will hold true to our word with refunds and the other ticket options.

❗ Ticket Refund Options ❗

Hey everyone!

Thank you for your patience while we work through these challenges

We want to provide you with another update on refunds. The team has decided to offer a few different options to our ticket holders.

1. Refund of your Prophecy ticket.
2. Holding your ticket to a future Prophecy edition.
3. Transferring your ticket to one our partner festivals (announced at a later date)

We would like to reiterate that everyone will have the access and ability to process refunds. But we will need some additional time to make sure it’s done properly.

There will be additional information in regards to the ticket refund options later this week.

In the meantime, thank you for your continued support during these challenging circumstances. We appreciate every single one of you and we are sorry that we could not make this edition happen. We will continue to communicate as best we can and provide information about this edition and future events in a timely manner.

❗Refund Update❗

We apologize for any miscommunication or any confusion, as we stated we would be releasing more information soon in terms of full details for the cancellation.

In the meantime, we are looking into possible reschedule dates for this year or next year.

We are heartbroken that it has come to this and we hope you can understand that we did our best to make this happen for the community. The crew worked around the clock to put this together.

We will be issuing a refund request through showpass by email ASAP. So if you have purchased your tickets you will be able to process your refund through the email.

If you have any issues with the refund process please reach out to the team and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

❗IMPORTANT UPDATE❗

We regret to inform everyone that this edition is cancelled. This decision didn't come easy and we tried our best right until the end.

Unfortunatly, there were challenges with the land owner and were unable to move forward on our planned location.

Due to the short period of time we did our best to secure a new location, but were unable to make it happen properly and to the quality we were striving for.

We will be providing more information soon. We apoligize for any inconvinience this may have caused and wished more than anything that we would be able to continue this edition with all of you beautiful people.

🙌 Trip Sitters
Harm Reductio, Creative Safe Space, and Sanctuary 🙌

🙂 Harm Reduction should be accessible to everyone which is why we have to team up with .sitters_ to bring you a creative safe space, and a mini art gallery. A sanctuary, where we bring forth harm reduction in a way that connects to everyone.

Trip Sitters is non profit organization and the goal is to have a fully functioning space 24/7 with different things coming out of it. The space will be used during the day as an art gallery, and an information center. It will also hold mini-workshops to help support and spread the message of safe harm reduction.

A free water zone and chill space open and inviting for everyone! The team will have first aid and my psychedelic crisis training.

They are self-funded and will be accepting donations all summer!
