Here is some gameplay of the dreaded loading screens from #Starfield . It's not that bad imo, yes there are several loading screens but it's negligible to the experience. This footage is leaving the spaceport at new atlantis, then warping to a mission in another system. I cut out the warp sequence (orbit to destination) to make the clip shorter. You aren't missing too much as the warp exit animation is the same as the entrance just in reverse. It took maybe 10-20 seconds once in orbit to point my ship and engage the grav drive. So around a minute and 30 seconds to go from on the ground to docking with another ship in another star system. I'd say that's fairly impressive and it's worth noting you do have inputs and controls throughout the travel so it's not like you are watching a full cutscene. At any point during the clip I could've altered the course and it would've been right around the same time passing by. The game gets an 8/10 for me so far, but I want to finish it before actually saying my final thoughts (it may be years before I finish it that'show much sh*t there is to do). It's worth buying 100%, especially if you like #bethesdagames . #loadingscreens are not that big of a deal

So here is a small first impression of #XDefiant
I played the recommended playlist and settings but quickly found myself tweaking the sensitivity. The game modes were basically king of the hill- and escort where you stand near a robot to make it progress to the goal while the enemy team does the same. I got some clean kills and some goofy kills, all in all I think it has potential and was entertaining. Lots of loadout customization options and weapons to choose from, and the shooting and movement felt reminiscent of counterstrike with a healthy dose of COD sprinkled over top. The network and hit registration was a little janky, but it's free and fun so I see no reason to hate it. Oh.. and one of the coolest things I encountered- they added the option to emoji react your death on the feed. So you can like angry/laugh/wow/sad react when you die and your killer sees it on the killfeed lol. It adds some personality to the game, definitely a fun idea.
[ Coming back later to update ] I didn't even mention class abilities.. there are 5 classes with 2 different sub classes to choose from. I largely experimented with the spy class but tried the fire damage guys too and that was fun, just being that class gives you incendiary rounds. It seems there are healers, defenders, spies, damagers, and hackers as the main class choices. Saw a spiderbot out there, some bubble and barrier shields, personal drone strikes, active camo suits, and thermal vision abilities in the few hours I've played so far. I like it.
