It takes bravery to surf the waves instead of sitting on the shore where we were once washed onto. Be brave. Pick up your surfboard. Face the waves. Whether that be to fight through depression, anxiety, substance use, anger, mental illness, etc. You pick the wave. You will meet some amazing surfers during your fight; people who occasionally fall, submerge, and are tossed around like you. Strength in numbers. Forever brave together 💗💗💗
