Recent visited the hidden gem in Uttarayan siliguri.. yes you heard it right ,Orchid Siliguri is one of the better cafe in the city and possibly the best in this area ..it has a very peaceful ambience and nicely decorated too and has both indoor and outdoor sitting which are fascinating ..each and every food here is a top notch..
The service here is extremely brilliant and they are absolutely well behaved and courteous. It’s Definitely a highly recommended place to be with your friends and family during the festive season and any other parties ,get together anniversary ,date, official meeting..etc

Let’s have some healthy food 😊
INFRAME: Mix Chana Badam chaat
This is my go to snack recipe which is most quick, fuss free , Healthy, Extremely chatpaata and yummy chana Chaat!!!
INGREDIENTS:
• chana , chole, Badam (peanuts)
•Cucumber
•Onion
•Capsicum
•Tomato
•Chili
•Salt
•Chaat masala
•Lemon juice
•Pomegranate
•Coriander
METHOD:
1)Soak Chana ,peanut and Black Chickpeas in water for 5 - 6 hrs or overnight before you start preparing the dish.
2) Boils and the pressure is released, chop green chillies and All veggies.
3)Remove water from boiled Chana and take it in a large bowl.
4)Now add chopped cucumber,Onions, capsicum,Tomatoes and Green Chillies to it.
5) Now sprinkle Table Salt, Chaat Masala and Black Salt to it and mix it well.
6) Now squeeze fresh lime or lemon juice to Chaat and mix it well.
7) Chana Masala Chaat is ready to be served. Just add few Coriander leaves and pomegranate garnishing...

We've been really missing and craving our parents' home cooking recently. But they have filled that gap with their delicious recipes. This simple ginger chicken is so delicious served along with French fries and a quick side of spicy mayonnaise.

I sautéed some vegetables (carrots,mushrooms,spinach,baby corn ) And sprinkled some salt,pepper,Italian herbs... I served it on a bread and stir fried poach egg .
