*Waka Waka needs a forever home!* He was born indoors on April 7, 2021. I keep him indoors (more below). He is slender compared to Pluto but bigger than his sister Dottie. Most of his fur is white but he got his name because the black areas on his back look like Pacman about to eat a dot!

He will come and lean against you to say Hi! I can pick up all of the cats and hold them. Waka Waka might not always lay down but sometimes he does. He will sometimes lick your arm too/ He might lick your crew-cut/bald head too! Here's Pluto doing the same
https://www.instagram.com/p/CSAbrhohv62/

Waka Waka is typically second to the food bowls. He is not as food aggressive as Pluto. He may have growled on occasion to protect his bowl but to be honest, I'm not positive.

Here's a video when Waka Waka was feeling spunky and attacking everybody! If you want an active cat, he's your boy!
https://youtu.be/Jp8sw7rDHtg

All cats are litterbox trained! We had purchased absorbent pads but the kittens learned to use the litterbox within a few weeks. I had a the normal litterbox in the bathroom but some of them were doing their business in a little room on a rug. I put a low-profile pan in there and gave them their own little litterbox. Of course, mama used it a couple times too and flung the kitty litter over the short 3" sides.

Regarding the pics with multiple cats:
Patty (mama) is this only one with orange areas
Dottie (female) has the most black. Black fur on both eyes and ears
Waka Waka (male) has Pacman eating a dot on his topside, black fur on one eye and ear.
Pluto (male) has three black moons on his head hence his name. No black fur on his ears or around his eyes.

Food: Pluto is the most food aggressive. He will/would push to get the first bowl. He would also growl and swipe at others trying to come near. In the past few weeks, I have been working on this and holding him to the side (unless it's breakfast). For lunch and dinner, I have been making him wait and let somebody else get a bowl first. Dottie is mellow, does not fight for a bowl. Patty is lovely. She will sit up and wait patiently for a bowl. She's such a good mama and house cat!

Being picked up: All four family members can be picked up and carried. Patty, Pluto and Dottie comfortably rest but Waka Waka is less comfortable.

Licking: Pluto and Waka Waka like to lick my stubbly head. Pluto loves my chin =P I can't remember either of the ladies doing the same.
https://www.instagram.com/p/CSAbrhohv62/

Meowing: All of them meow. Pluto would meow the most, Dottie the least. Patty is vocal with her chirps too =)

Purring: All of them have their moments when they will purr but it's not exactly a switch that turns on every time. I give them lots of attention multiple times a day.

Watching outdoors: The cats don't have much to look at. I do have a table near a window and they can gaze across 1/4 of the backyard. Unfortunately, it's the cemented area. I did buy a cat tree and often leave it near the security/screened door.

I'm posting these pics of Patty and her family because each of them needs a forever home. I will be contacting agencies who help so the pics are here for them to use. These pics are 1:1 (square). I have a different post for 16:9 (rectangular) images.

We already adopted five cats in the house so I have been taking care of Patty and her family in my garage (which has a room attached). Many of these pics are from August 2021. You can find pics of our cats on Instagram and Facebook

I do not allow any of these cats to roam around the backyard. Sometimes, I do take them outside and carry them around a bit so that they can get some fresh air. If they try to jump down, I bring them back into the house. Some day, I will build a catio to enrich their lives.

*Pluto needs a forever home!* He was born indoors on April 7, 2021. I keep him indoors (more below). He is furry =) Most of his fur is white, his tail is black. When you look down on his head, there are three 'moons' and since Pluto has three moons, that's how he got his name.

He likes to rub against your leg when he is walking by. He is the one who is most comfortable being held. He is rounder than his litter-mates and when I go to feed them, he wants the first bowl. I have been working with him to allow others to get a bowl first too. I have had some great times with Pluto, like this!

*Dottie needs a forever home!* She was born indoors on April 7, 2021. I keep her indoors (more below). Being a female, she is noticeably smaller than her littermates. She tends to be mellow and less aggressive compared to her brothers. I have to make sure the boys don't push their way into her food bowl when they are finished since she and mama eat slower. All cats were fed wet canned food for the first five months but are now on dry food (Costco/Kirkland).

That doesn't mean that she doesn't wrestle with the boys (and mama too)!

Hello! I'm posting pics of Patty because she needs a forever home. I will be contacting agencies who help so the pics are here for them to use. These pics are 16:9 (rectangular). I have a different post for 1:1 (square) images.

We already adopted five cats in the house so I have been taking care of Patty in my garage (which has a room attached). Most of these pics are from August 2021.

Our security cameras caught her in the backyard late last year. December 8, I posted two videos here:
https://www.instagram.com/p/CIjSvXHjPa6/

I did not keep other recordings but she was obviously looking for food. She would walk around smelling every edge and corner unlike other neighborhood cats who just pass through.

I don't feel like she's a stray. I think she was abandoned. When I found out that she was hiding behind my garage, I put food out just for her. She would see me and hide until I left but by the third day, she gave me the slow blink... I could pet her, pick her up, and she was totally comfortable. I later had her scanned to see if she was chipped and she was not.

Since we do get coyotes walking around the neighborhood, I would lock her in the office overnight. She immediately knew what to do with a litterbox.

In February, I noticed that she was gaining weight. By March, it was obvious that she was pregnant. At that point, I kept her sheltered. I didn't want her to have her litter somewhere and then we'd have feral kittens running around.

The kittens were born April 7, 2021. I do not let her roam freely outside anymore. Thankfully, she never got fleas. I pick her up and carry her around so that she can get some fresh air and some scenery.

Patty has always been a fantastic mother! Even now, she sits and waits for the kittens to get their food bowls first. She is wonderfully patient =)

In June, I paid to have her spayed. She's a great cat! I have never trimmed her claws and she's never clawed me anyway.

Since she's lived some time outside, and I get the impression that her previous owner might have let her go outside, she does want to be outside. I don't think it's just because she is currently being kept in a small area.

She will meow, and meow, and meow standing by the door. Most times, I can pick her up and walk around the backyard carrying her for a few minutes and she is satisfied. Other times, if I have work to do, I have to lock her up in the garage. I will not allow here to roam freely anymore.

That being said, if she doesn't get a forever home, I will take care of her as long as possible. It is not likely that she can be integrated into our house. Those cats have had the territory for five years and it might not work. Plus, I have family members too and it's just not going to happen. If she doesn't get adopted, I will build some type of catio/cage so that she can be outside during the day but still safe locked up at night. It's what I can do and it's better than being coyote food...

The 'ball' is actually a pool toy. Two for $1 at Five Below (I believe). They are better than most cat toys because they are squishy. They do not have a hard plastic item inside.
I'd editing images so that this family can be adopted. I was going to delete this image because Pluto was out of focus until I noticed Patty's paw sticking out 😂

Fat tummies, very sleepy 😆 Mama is with them all of the time. She rarely comes for pets or to do anything else. I do go pet mama when she's laying in the box and sneak a pet on the kitties but for the most part, I leave them alone.

When we took in a stray six years ago, she delivered her kittens in my daughter's room. Moosie moved her kittens several times, likely due to her wanting them to be in a 'safer' place. As a family, we were probably bugging them too much.

This time, we are leaving them alone, except for occasional peaks to see how they are doing. Well, at least until their eyes open 😁

But seriously, we can't have her move the kittens because we have no place to take care of her.

One was found out of the box and was cold. I picked it up and laid it between the others. Mama is caring for them well so far. When the time is right, they will need new homes. I hope they can at least bring along a sibling so that they have a playmate 😚🤗

The big day might be upon us! She's been drinking a lot of water and making atypical meowing sounds (howls). She also does not want to go outside and has been laying in this spot a lot today as opposed to her preferred higher locations. Yesterday, I noticed that her ni***es (8) are more than just pimples as she has swelling underneath each one.
