Fans of Kentucky Fried Apparitions-

We have been holding off for a while on releasing some unfortunate news and we want to apologize. We are remaining on hiatus until further notice, though we are not stopping the podcast. In the time that we've started this podcast, we've been through many financial, health, and spiritual problems. The reason we paused the podcast last year (in November of 2022) is because of those problems, including Inali (our main host) losing their voice entirely for months from an undiagnosed chronic illness.

Since we've paused, we've had time to sort out exactly what we want to do with KFA, though our mission to inform and educate people of hauntings and spiritual occurrences in Kentucky as well as telling our own stories remains the same.
We would like to take a longer break- most likely until next year- until we're able to both redo and finish the podcast. We will be keeping and reusing many of the audio clips from the original recordings so not all of the podcast will be different, just approached in a different way and many parts re-recorded.

If you have had an interview with KFA, that will remain exactly the same on the podcast unless you would like to redo it with us. If you have planned an interview or if we have reached out to you for info/stories, that will still be used and carried out, just at a later date. We apologize to those that we have not gotten back to yet; we've just held off for fear of disappointment. We will update everyone as soon as we can.

We apologize greatly for the inconvenience, for taking so long to follow up and hear y'all's stories, and for having to give this news in the first place. We had so many hopes for the growth of this brand, but the timing has just not been right. This has been a hard decision for us as well as we hate to disappoint any of our fans. You all have been so very kind and supportive of us thus far. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that and for listening to us. We're truly hoping that the next go round is both easier on us and better all-around.

Thank you so much, again, to all that have supported us.
You all have given us life on this journey, and we can't wait to resume it with even better equipment, information, and stories.
(Don't forget, we're still planning for three seasons!)

Hey, everybody! We're still hard at work on collecting stories for the podcast even though we haven't released an episode in a while. We want yall to know that we are currently planning for 3 seasons once Inali gets their voice back and that we're always taking more stories and encounters! Just message or email us! Man, what a year! lol. We apologize that we haven't been able to release another episode yet when we did plan on being finished with the season by around this time, but we want to thank you all for supporting us last year and continuing to support and listen to us this year! Hey, y'all! We've made a new, better map for the counties of KY that we'll be covering in each episode! We would also like to announce that we're adding more episodes! So far, we've added one new episode (we split up The Ethereal East to add two parts of southeastern counties and one part of northeastern counties), but we may add just one more before we finish. We'll update everyone as needed.

And unfortunately, because of our lives, the interviews we're trying to get in, the amount of time that some of these next episodes will take, and the amount of information we're including about sooo many different counties and places in the next few episodes, we're gonna have to open up the schedule. So, we'll release episodes as soon as we get them finished, of course. But for now, we won't have a set schedule on releases until we catch up just a bit. We will, however, try to keep them confined to the weekends so it's easier for most to listen when they come out.

Yall, we're so sorry for the messed up schedule but. Two nights ago, after we finished recording almost the entire next episode (when we had a spirit attack us throughout that night), our recording program decided to wreck itself, making the entire hour of audio completely silent. Thankfully, we had saved temp files, but those are only between 3 and 10 seconds long, so we are having to piece our best parts together while re-recording the rest of the episode, which is taking *a lot* of time. Hopefully we can finish doing that tonight so we have it ready to release by tomorrow, but we'll keep everyone updated. We've been working relentlessly on this episode for 9 days straight and it's devastating watching all that work disappear and not being able to drop it all when we want to. But we're doing our best and we appreciate you all for being patient and supportive during these strange times. As always, stay tuned and stay curious~ 👻👽🔮

While Inali is recording our next episode, talking about a time in which a spirit tried to possess them after physically taunting them, intruding in on their dreams, and pushing their astral body out of their physical body while they slept, a spirit has made its presence known in our room and is refusing to leave them alone. At this point, because we do not have any supplies or anything to cleanse/banish this thing, we're actually scared for our safety. We've experienced so much these past couple of weeks and may have to pause production of the podcast after the release of this episode if stuff doesn't calm down after Samhain. Y'all, be careful out there, but pray for us while we at least try to get this episode finished.

Like we said in episode 2, our next 3 episodes will be based around Pulaski County! They will include Wayne and McCreary counties as well, but mostly Pulaski as we have a multitude of info, stories, and experiences from there.

We'll be discussing caves, tunnels, mines, the railroad, geological info, weather, city histories, sunken cities, missing people cases, murders, spirits, entities, creatures, monsters, cemeteries, hauntings, and more! Oh, my! 😂
