Facebook believes that its content creators should be free to use music to liven their streams and content. As such, Facebook is currently making a move to secure the rights of popular music so that it can be streamed on the platform without any issues.

This only applies to gaming content creators, however. It will still not be allowed for people to use the music without any element of gaming in their content. "You’re okay to stream music as long as it’s in the background, with game sound effects and your voice (and anything else) over the top. Playing DJ without gaming is a no-no.”
