A successful adventure ends in triumph, and so does the journey of The Scroll staff.

We proudly honor the release of four (4) issues from August to May this school year (2023-2024).

Here are the heroes for this year's adventure who provided us with their ideas and talents!

While we reflect and look back on how far we have come and gone, let us cherish the memories, experiences, and accomplishments that have completed our journey. The Scroll’s 57th publication, "𝙀𝙥𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙚: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙊𝙙𝙮𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙮, 𝘼𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣" marks not an end, but a final moment and opportunity to remember all that has brought us to this point, before we step through the final door to the dreams and goals we’ve all endured and worked hard for.

As we stand and enjoy the sweet relief of success, let's forever remember these memories and the allies and friends who have supported us along the way, knowing they have shaped us into who we are today.

Unfurling the final chapter of the academic year, The Scroll presents to you: “𝙀𝙥𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙪𝙚: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙊𝙙𝙮𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙮, 𝘼𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝘿𝙖𝙬𝙣.”

As our fourth and last publication, let's go through the remaining pages of this concluding chapter of our lives together, where endings meet beginnings and we savor the sweet fruits of our labor amidst experiences, struggles, and triumphs.

The Scroll invites you, Rizalians, as we turn the pages together one last time for one memorable part of our lives and welcome the promise of new beginnings. 📜🌄

Yellow Crusaders vs Green Defenders⛹️🏆

"THE UNDERDOGS" as the Yellow Crusaders emerged TRIUMPHANT and declared CHAMPIONS following an exciting rematch against the formidable Green Defenders, with the nail-biting and evenly tight battle for gold filled the Gymnasium with deafening noise from Rizalians. The victory was a shocker, given that the Green Defenders had only lost once before, to the Yellow Crusaders, who once again penetrated their defenses, proving themselves deserving of the championship title.

James Hitiayon of the Yellow Crusaders was named Best Player of the Game after scoring 20 points, grabbing seven rebounds, assisting once, and three steals.

Red Knights vs Blue Warriors🏆🏅

"NEVER BACK DOWN, NEVER WHAT?"
The Red Knights skillfully fought their way to victory over the Blue Warriors for the title of Champion, thanks to a spectacular comeback during the third set of the match that completely reversed the tide of the battle, earning GOLD rightfully this Intramurals.

Red Knights' Drake Dahilig achieved Best Player of the Game as he tallied 19 points and 33 rebounds during the game.

With the JRU-JHS Intramurals reaching their thrilling end, it saved the best for last as they host the Division A and B Basketball Championships at the Gymnasium on May 14, 2024. Let the battle begin!🏆🏀

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: 𝑫𝑰𝑽. 𝑨 𝑽𝑶𝑳𝑳𝑬𝒀𝑩𝑨𝑳𝑳 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑴𝑷𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑷
Blue Warriors vs Black Spartans🤾‍♂️🥇

The Blue Warriors brushed aside the Black Spartans in the decisive match on May 14, 2024, reigning as CHAMPIONS flawlessly and maintaining their unbeaten streak throughout the Intramurals, remaining indomitable from the start. The Blue Warriors had every reason to not underestimate their opponents, as the Black Spartans kept the scores close and tight throughout the game, but ultimately remained powerless against the Blue Warriors' mighty dominance.

Jairuz Guia of the Blue Warriors claimed Best Player of the Game as he tallied 24 points for his team in the match.

Blue Warriors vs Green Defenders🏐🏆

"IT IS NOW OR NEVER" as the Blue Warriors reigned CHAMPIONS after a heated and fierce battle between the two outstanding volleyball teams that generated intense uproar and commotion in the Gymnasium as they pitched in for the third and final time at this Intramurals. The victory was resounding for the Blue Warriors, having suffered defeat at the hands of the Green Defenders in their previous matchups.

Ivonne Solayo of the Blue Warriors was named Best Player of the Game after scoring 24 points during today’s championship.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: The White Mercenaries emerged from the ashes to finish second in the Division B Basketball standings after defeating the Black Spartans 43-35.🥈🏀

Calix Tubig of the White Mercenaries was named Best Player of the Game, scoring 21 points against his opponent.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Division A Volleyball Yellow Crusaders finished second in the JRU-JHS Intramurals for Volleyball after their 25-8, 26-24 victory over the Red Knights .🏐🥈

Melchor Klaude De Jesus of the Yellow Crusaders claimed Best Player of the Game after scoring 14 points.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Division A Green Defenders bounced back from their first-ever defeat on Thursday, as they secured victory once again with their thrilling 56-47 win against the Red Knights on May 10, 2024.🤷🔥

Arwin Aldover of the Green Defenders claimed Best Player of the Game after scoring 18 points.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏
10E Peter Vincent E. Romero vs 9A Sean Richwell V. Balneg🏅♟️

The clash between the Rizalians on May 10, 2024, was a nail-biting match, with the gold within reach for both Rizalians, the tension was intense as each move could tip the scales, but despite Balneg's excellence, it was not enough to close the gap and Romero ultimately secured triumph.

Peter Vincent E. Romero emerged victorious and the Gold Medalist for Chess against all of the grade levels.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: A second victory for the Red Knights in Division A Basketball after coming to blow with the Blue Warriors, furthermore changing the tide as they climb the overall leaderboard with their 52-48 win.🎉💯

Jordan Anthony Briguera claimed Best Player of the Game as he leads the Red Knights with 18 points in the game.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Division A Basketball Yellow Crusaders has beaten the UNBEATABLE after their game with the Green Defenders, achieving a remarkable victory with ending their opponents' winning streak with a 51-43 score. 🙀🔥

Yellow Crusaders' Sean Gabriel Simo tallied a total of 21 points againt the opposing team.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Yellow Crusaders brought home the bacon as the two Division A Volleyball teams fought in a grueling match, with the Yellow Crusaders and Black Spartans going complete all to earn a well-needed victory, resulting to a heated game as both teams prepared well for this day: 28-30, 25-14, 15-11.🥓🏐

Ace Mark M. Mallari of the Yellow Crusaders was named Best Player of the Game after scoring 18 times.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Division B Basketball Red Knights BLOCKED the Green Defenders of a resounding comeback as they clashed one another at the Gymnasium, earning the Red Knights of an outstanding third win with the scores of: 63-31.😲⛹️‍♂️

MJ Lazaro of the Red Knights showed his valor as he impressively scored 26 points in the match.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Division A Basketball Green Defenders stands UNBEATABLE with their fourth victory overall as they went against the Blue Warriors at the Gymnasium this May 8, 2024, the match concluded with the scores of: 45-42.🛡️🏀

Sean Nathan Gile earned the Best Player of The Game as he scored the most with 19 points against their foe.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: "BUZZER BE**ER"!
The Red Knights snatched away a heart-stopping victory in Division A Basketball from the Yellow Crusaders, sending Rizalians to the edge of their seats as they clinched a 45-44 win mere seconds before the final buzzer in the match, claiming their first victory.🤯‼️

Louchas Marquez of the Red Knights led the most scores after tallying 17 points throughout the game.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: 7C Zachary Andrei Aquino vs 7E Mark Kyle K. Baradas♟️🏅

The clash for the Grade 7 Chess Championship title resulted in a win for 7C’s Aquino that showed his stunning capabilities as the two attempted to outmaneuver each another in an all-out match.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: 9D Juliana Myza P. Peninoy vs 9A Sean Richwell V. Balneg🏆🧠

The match for the Grade 9 Chess Championship title concluded in a breathtaking match and a hard-fought victory for Peninoy of 9D after unseating her foe with both Rizalians displaying equal strength and expertise.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: Division B Basketball White Mercenaries brought home yet another victory, marking their third consecutive win in this Intramurals after their encounter against the Yellow Crusaders with a final score of 40-21. 🏀🎉

Gab Montalba contributed a total of 13 points for the White Mercenaries in the match.

Green Defenders' Ram Yabut claimed the Best Player of the Game once again after scoring 18 points.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: 10E Peter Vincent E. Ferrer vs 10E Rylee Benedict Gabales 🧠🏅

Two excellent minds competed for the title of Grade 10 Chess Championship, with the match displaying their complete ability and outstanding talents as they pushed each other to the end to outwit their opponents and win.

Peter Vincent E. Ferrer proved himself unstoppable and deserving of the title of Champion with his triumph, capping off a perfect no-loss streak at his grade level.

An intense match as two Rizalians competed in a grueling intramural chess battle at M209 for the Grade 8 Chess Championship title and the chance to reach gold in the sport.

Charles Johann F. Cortina of 8D won the match and reigned as the Grade 8 Champion.

𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: "Another One Bites the Dust" as the Division B Basketball White Mercenaries once again emerge victorious over their clash with the Black Spartans on May 6, 2024, with a final score of 40-36, securing their second victory in the Intramurals. 🏀⛹️‍♂️

Calix Tubig of the White Mercenaries scored an impressive 24 points in the match.
