A Testimony of Hope – From Drug Addiction to Redemption 🙏
I was a slave to addiction for 30 years. I was lost, lonely and broken. My life lay about me in utter shambles.

I experienced two failed marriages, I had two young children removed from my care and nobody to call for help.

I had pushed everyone away and was using drugs in isolation.
The saddest part of it all, I was stone-cold sober the day I set fire to my life.

In June 2020, God finally removed the desire to use and drink and I started the long walk home to my Father's arms.

Full of prejudice, fear and hatred, I slowly followed instructions in a 12-step programme.

Just after my 4th year of sobriety, I finally took the plunge and gave my heart to Jesus and declared Him as my Saviour.

My baptism was an incredible experience, and I wasn't the same.

I heard about the Holy Spirit but felt none of what the others explained to me they felt.

I begged God to set His Spirit upon me and a few months later, I was struck by a force like a punch to the gut and nothing can stop me now from sharing the Gospel or my testimony🙏

A testimony of hope for those praying for a baby🙏

I am a servant of God from Kenya and the Lord has helped me to overcome many problems.
This is my testimony.

I got married in 2001 and for eight years we didn’t have children.
During this time, I fasted, and I went to a prayer centre called Mizpah in Nakuru.
Sometimes I did this for three to seven days but still, nothing happened. There was no pregnancy.

My dear wife tried herbal medicines and also medications that she received from the hospital.
She also had a full checkup at the hospital and was found to be fine.

But then in 2009, God visited us and blessed us with a girl who is in form 2 now.
I am encouraging someone today that God’s time is the best.
It doesn’t matter how long it will take or what it will cost.

Believe in Jesus, He will do it for His glory.
And remember Psalm 30:5 - Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

Look at a candy cane, what do you see?
Stripes that are red, like the blood shed for me!
White for my Saviour, who's sinless and pure.
"J" is for JESUS, my Lord, that's for sure!
Turn it around and a staff you will see, Jesus, my Shepherd, is coming for me❤️🙏⭐️
