{Fr} Qu'est-ce qu'un "deel?"
le deel est un vêtement traditionnel porté encore aujourd'hui par les peuples Turciques, Mongols, et Tongousiques. Il s'agit d'un long manteau qui est attaché sur le côté, porté autant par les hommes que les femmes, qui varie en style selon la région et/ou la communauté qui le porte; et qui est souvent accompagné d'un couvre-chef, une ceinture, ainsi que des bottes. Étant un vêtement traditionnel, le deel a une grande importance culturelle pour les habitants de la Mongolie actuelle, ayant même droit à son propre festival!
Pour mon prochain personnage jouable de GN qui est inspiré de l'Empire Mongol de Chinggis Khaan, J'ai jugé important de me procurer un deel. Cela n'aura pas été chose facile, mais qui en a certainement valu la chandelle. {En} What is a "deel?"
The deel is a traditional garment still worn to this day by the Turcic, Mongol, and Tungusic peoples. It is a long overcoat that is buttoned up on the side, worn both by men and women, which varies in style dependent on the region and/or the community who wears it; it is often worn alongside a hat, a belt, and boots as well. Being a traditional garment, the deel bears a great cultural significance to the inhabitants of moden Mongolia, even earning its own festival!
For my next LARP playable character who is inspired by the Mongol Empire of Chinggis Khaan, I deemed important to acquire a deel of my own. It was not easy a task, but it was certainly worth the purchase. I shall tell you more about it on my next broadcast, so keep an eye open on YouTube for further updates, noble subjects of the Domain!
