It has been asked if Rust-Oleum Top Side paint Oyster White is a color match to the O'Day. You are in luck as we still have some left from the hatch repair and some old fiberglass pieces from the 1982 O'Day 28. There is a piece from the exterior top of the boat and the other piece is from the inside of boat at the companionway wall. both pieces were washed and lightly wet sanded with 2000 git before applying the paint. Take a look at the results below.

Latest modification to make it easier to flip the valve for our engine raw water intake. Now we don't have to climb down into the lazarette.

Freedom Wind has sailed down to Allen Branch to cove-out so we're ready for the Great Race tomorrow ⛵👍. This involved going through a little storm front.
