Police register gr***de attack Fir in Karachi

The counter-terrorism department registered on Saturday the FIR of the gr***de attack on Gulbahar DSP's office carried out the previous day.
The case has been registered under Sections three and four of the Explosives Act, 1884 and Section seven of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 on behalf of Super Market Police Station SHO Ghous Bakhsh.
According to the FIR, four armed men, on two motorcycles, carried out the attack before fleeing through narrow streets.
They had hurled a hand gr***de at the DSP's office, but the device failed to explode.

Later, the DSP stated that they were investigating the case from different angles and could not rule out the possibility that it was linked to the recent spate of attacks on law enforcers in the city.
