1. For stress: Eat banana and watermelon.

2. For good skin: Eat lemon, apple, coconut,carrot and mango.

3. For good eyes: Eat carrot, apple and vitamin A.

4. For cough: Eat pineapple, garlic and ginger.

5. For diarrhea: Eat coconut and avocado and cabbage.

6. For good gut: Eat cabbage, garlic and onions.

7. For hydration: Eat cucumber orange and watermelon.

8. For good kidney: Drink 2-3 liters of water a day, eat beans, tomato and cucumber.

9. For good heart: Eat avocado, eat Beans, garlic and onions.

10. For good prostate: Eat tomato, Sour sop and carrots and beans.

11. For more red blood cells: Eat beetroot, carrot and cucumber.

12. For good er****on: Eat watermelon, Carrot and banana, egg and nuts.

13. For strong bones & immunity, eat eggs, fish and beef.

14. Liver: Fast, eat watermelon.

15. Colon: Eat orange and cucumber.

16. Body: Do exercise.

17. Brain: Read and eat egg

When people start making money, they start eating unhealthy thinking they are enjoying.

Don't use your money to kill yourself.

Go to a supermarket now, check an average person trolley.

3 big loaves of bread, milky doughnuts, fruit juices, carbonated drinks, seed oils, biscuits, chocolate etc.

These same people can easily afford, sweet potatoes, beef, liver, eggs, green veggies, mix vegetables, coconut oil etc.

But they are there buying diseases for themselves and their families.

Don't let this person be you. Refined foods, carnonated and canned drinks are ɗanģerous to your health. It looks like living a good life when you eat them but you're actually opening a door to sickness to yourself and the long run result is life threateŋing

Prioritize your health and that of your family.
