Just wanna give a quick shout out to Andrew Warneke NGstillco and associates.

Certain things happen in this community that remind me of where I was and where I am currently. Specifically, the stark difference and what a blessing it’s been to take a leap of faith and move across the country.

Andrew and I spoke when CopperStillCo didn’t have a name. It was an idea that honestly, I didn’t think was likely any time soon.
Having known of me and my building abilities he was fully supportive of the idea. His mentality is “we can’t build them all” and if he’s being honest I think he likes a little friendly competition / inspiration (I certainly do) keeps ya on your A Game.

Being the pinnacle of the industry (as I see it) there’s absolutely no reason they had to support me. Other than to simply be supportive community members. They didn’t have to offer to sell their fermentation kits on my site. Or have me in their FB group, speak kindly of me and my business. They didn’t have to ENCOURAGE us to go the Hillbilly Jam or encourage any other still company to go to a gathering they’re sponsors of. Andrew and his wife didn’t have to come hang out at our table and encourage Kerri to start building.

For them, it’s not about the competition. They don’t have Scarcity mindset or fear what could be ‘taken from them’ They don’t feel or act like their owed something or own anything. They enjoy the craft, the people and community. It’s a bonus and a blessing to be able to make a living while doing so. And I whole heartedly agree with that sentiment and we should be grateful and humble.

Their success (Imo) is partly due to how they conduct themselves.. I was reminded of just how fortunate I am, to be able to call them friends and supporters.

Also, a thank you to all other companies that choose to communicate with us and keep a one on one relationship with us.
To Kevin Gordon for Helping a new company find the best prices on a vast variety of parts and material. They didn’t and they don’t have to do it. But that’s the kind of community that’s been built.

So, Thank you all for trusting, supporting and bringing me into this family and Ultimately, supporting mine. Thank you to Jud, Philbilly, Cyrus, Shua, Bennet and anyone else with a platform for helping get my name out there.
It’s not for a second overlooked.

This all stainless submarine still was the talk of the talk leading up to Hillbilly Jam and it did Not disappoint! And you sure as heck couldn't miss it, being only a few feet from entering the fair grounds!

Outstanding workmanship and just an absolute beast of a still! Seeing this in person has motivated a project of ours that we put on the backburner a few months ago. Hopefully here in the fall and winter months coming up we'll be sharing a pretty fun build that we've been tinkering with!
