PRESS NOTE
AUTOMOBILE OFFENDERS NABBED BY CHAITANYAPURI POLICE AND
BEING PRODUCED BEFORE THE HON’BLE COURT.
On 30.12.2024 at 16:00 hours Chaitanyapuri Police officers and staff DI Sri. S. Guruswami, DSI M. Vikram Reddy and PC’s - G. Srisailam PC-10018, S. Anil PC-10988, nabbed Two Automobile offenders who are committed 30 Motorcycles Thefts in the Limits of Rachakonda, Cyberabad, Hyderabad city, Vikarabad, Nizamabad and Sanga Reddy, when A1 and A2 both of them came to Chaitanyapuri X Road to dispose the stolen Motor Cycle as well as to commit another Motor Cycle theft, while they proceeding towards Nagole from Kothapet on stolen bike in the middle of the way they caught by the Vehicle Checking Party of crime staff at Mohan Nagar X Road while they were moving in a suspicious manner. As per their confession recovered total 30 Motorcycles i.e, (Royal Enfield-12, Honda Activa-10, Splendor-03, Honda Unicorn-02, Honda shine-01, Bajaj Platina-01 and Burgman Sccoty-01) all recovered property w/rs.46,00,000/- and A3 is absconding and all efforts are being continued to apprehend the accused A3.
Details of accused persons arrested: -
A-1:- Mohd. Shaik s/o Mohd. Ghouse, age 21 years, Occ AC technician, Caste Muslim, R/o Rented House at near to Noor Ani Masjid, Golkonda, Hyderabad.
A-2:- Mohd. Imran s/o Mohd. Arshad, age 23 years, Occ Auto Driver, Caste Muslim, R/o Rented House near Ibadul Rahaman Masjid, Golkonda, Hyderabad.
A-3:- Imran, R/o near to Banjara Darwaja, Golkonda, Hyderabad (Absconding)
Brief history of the accused: -
The accused persons 1-3 are residing in the same area i.e., Golkonda, Hyderabad, the accused No.01 is working as AC technician, accused No.02 is working as Auto Driver and accused No.03 is also working as Auto Driver, they all are addicted to bad vices like consuming alcohol, cigarette smoking and womanizing. Due to which they resorted to commit property offences to make easy money and they mutually decided to committed motorcycle thefts in the various places…
The accused person A-1: - Mohammad. Shaik s/o Mohd. Ghouse, age 21 years was previously arrested from the Jeedimetla Police station in Crime No.154/2024, U/s.379 IPC of Jeedimetla PS in the month of April 2023 and at the time arrest he also confessed three other auto mobiles offences which was theft in limits of Cyberabad Commissionerate.
Modus operandi: -
Later the accused was released from the Jail in the month of May 2023 and along with his friends A2 Mohammad Imran and A3 Imran, they started to commit auto mobile offences and as per their plan they use to observe the parked motorcycles in front of residences or any parking places without any security; as such the accused persons went to parked motorcycles and committed theft of the same, after that they sold out the motorcycles in lower price to different needy people.

(Along with above cases the accused person also committed theft of 06 Motorcycles in the surrounding of Rachakonda and Hyderabad City and all efforts are being continued for the collection of information regarding the 06 motorcycles).
The arrest was made under the supervision and the guidance of Sri. G. Sudheer Babu, I.P.S, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, under the directions of Sri. CH. Praveen Kumar I.P.S DCP, L.B Nagar Zone and ADCP, L.B Nagar Zone, ACP LB Nagar Division, SHO Chaitanyapuri PS.
The CP Rachakonda requested all the public who are moving on roads or colonies lonely in the late-night hours please observe the unknown persons movements and if any doubtful their movement please inform the police immediately.
