What do you do with your leftover smoked or grilled chicken? I don’t usually have any when it’s wings or legs, but with a whole chicken I frequently do. Chicken salad goes perfect with pita chips or crackers and a nice side salad. 🥗

It’s way too hard to build a picture worthy plate, because it keeps coming, and I keep eating as it comes!
