On the most recent episode of the Military Woman and so much more, gain insight from JD Tracy Pearson’s research on implicit bias and how continuing to have those informative hard discussions are impactful. Also, listen to her opinion on why having outside/civilian legal and law enforcement may not be as helpful as we hope especially on sexual assaults issues. I’ve heard this before, but the military although imperfect remains 10 steps ahead civilian companies regarding sexual assault/harassment. What are your thoughts?

On the most recent episode on the Military Woman and so much more podcast, I gained insight from JD Tracy Pearson’s research on implicit bias and continuing to have those informative hard discussions are impactful. Also I got her take on why having outside/civilian legal and law enforcement may not be as helpful as we hope especially on sexual assaults issues.
