Pros of the USB Mic - Cheaper, Easier to Use, Less Moving Pieces, More Portable, You Can Still Reach About 85-90%+ Peak Sound With a USB Mic + A Great Setup + Knowledge of Recording
Cons of a USB Mic - You arenβt going to have that high-octane audiophile in-studio fully mastered sound, which can be important to some audiences.
The Second Question is - Which brand to go with? Every single make & model of microphone has a UNIQUE PERSONALITY - because they are always shifting their supply chains, ordering cheaper parts, upgrading other parts, etc. etc. So please understand this second question is about you TESTING A MICROPHONE to see how it handles your unique vocal tone :D
