The business world - especially Real Estate - is exactly like music, or politics, or any industry.

How so?

Because folks who rise to the top are not the most talented, nor the most innovative - & in some cases they're barely masters of a craft.

The ones who rise to the top are those willing to kiss the most ass, do the most dirt, and/or be the biggest imitators.

"Do the same thing as everyone else flashier than everyone else and your success is guaranteed" is the name of the game.

I wish it were a meritocracy.

I wish industry leaders preferred to hire the best & brightest as opposed to the most controllable & compliant -

But I can assure you that is not the case.

I point out Real Estate because as a rigged game within a rigged game, real estate professionals across the world have a severe lag in tactics and strategy compared to other industries.

Go grab any Real Estate Training book from the 80's and you will see the exact the same curriculum that 95% of Top Producers regurgitate almost half a century later in 2024.

It would actually be astounding if it wasn't so embarrassing.

Who do you know seeking an experienced Operator or COO?

My current clients (primarily Jewish service-based businesses) are doubling or tripling YoY.

I've had one spot open for awhile now, because just as you should be extremely selective who you offer to Operate your business, I have learned to be even more selective of who I allow to access my bandwidth.

With 15+ years of corporate experience including COO+CFO for a team of 340+, the value here is a very loud given.

Private travel to and from white world/bubble world (what Satan's Army Grunts call our 7 continents area), is critical for dissolving the centralized power structure, which is why government universities are pushing "Space Degrees" so hard right now. It is extremely important for you to understand a couple of things.

Ownership is a function of Babylon. Every being has the right to freely travel beyond the Antarctic rim, explore subterranean worlds, venture into underground lands, and so forth.

At risk of invoking Karma and squandering their power, central banks do not authorize their grunts to wantonly murder anyone who tries. All they can do is use lies, mind control, media propaganda, fake stories - or most dangerously - create useful ideologues who are willing to sabotage their own fate for a collective cause.

You do not need a security clearance to travel off planet. And you certainly don't need a rocket ship.

Side note: Why is rocket science propagandized as if it's the most complicated thing in the world? ('It's not rocket science?')

Re-awaken your spark to TRAVEL, SEE NEW THINGS, AND EXPLORE that Heavenly Father created within you. Remember being a child dreaming of all sorts of lands you might visit & explore? Who robbed you of that?!

Let me be very clear. With some relatively simple lighter than air technology, it is basically inconsequential for any of us to make a journey to see for ourselves what life is like on continents beyond the Antarctic rim.

This possibility was foreseen by the central banks who then made lighter than air tech extinct in classic Jesuit fashion - a theatrical explosion of a Zeppelin called the Hindenburg was broadcast on mass media & everyone suddenly wanted airplanes, which are not accessible to the average person like a blimp is.

Classic problem-reaction-solution.

Can you believe some people who have participated in these evil, disgusting, soulless lies are actually proud of doing so? And they celebrate their legacy of oppressing their brothers and sisters? Their legacy of serving evil itself.

Clearanceholders will do anything to twist deception into a virtue.. it never is. If you are one and you feel kind of stupid knowing how many civilian Marks are ascending past you, it's probably time to jump ship & start blowing whistles.

Fear doesn't fuel loyalty anyway. That's impossible. Call your behavior what it is, coward.

Fearing death is just another mind control program. You're an eternal soul.

One of my major missions is to float past the Antarctic rim in a lighter than air vehicle.

The other one is to teach sovereign people how to re-wild their DNA to create a population of un-compromised bigfoots/sasquatches whose existence will slowly erode the foundational integrity of "Smart Cities" as Babylon returns to it's rightful throne as a small confederation of people with mommy/daddy issues, who need a tyrant to control them like a puppet.

The fragility and preciousness of life just hit me in a weird way.

So we use AUDACITY for our mixing & mastering of Podcast episodes.

One of the plugins we use as part of our Audio Engineering process is called CHRIS' DYNAMIC COMPRESSOR.

It's much, much better than audacity's default compression tool & it makes folks' vocals sound rich & radio-ready.

Chris Capel, the creator of Chris's Dynamic Compressor plugin for Audacity, died near the middle of April, 2011.

Think about this.

We have been using the work of this little-known & brilliant man to help our clients broadcast their messages across the world, interview super impactful leaders, & reach millions of people.

Literally - millions of unique downloads, thousands of hours of iTunes plays... and every bit of it was enhanced by the work of Chris Capel.

This one man's passion for the technology behind enhancing vocals has literally impacted millions of people.

That's powerful man. That's humbling.

I feel so honored when I think about that.

I don't know Chris, I have never met the man nor do I even know what he looks like.
