The Winter Truffle Menu at Ludo Restaurant at The Station featuring Coomer Truffles is a delight! That lobster omelette with fresh truffle is so indulgent and that chateaubriand was good to perfection! Loved the Wagin Duck & Game sausage with apple too! A delicious menu, a beautiful setting and a lovely way to celebrate an anniversary 🥰

Santini Bar & Grill at QT Perth recently held their Truffle Adventure Wine Dinner featuring stunning wines from Leeuwin Estate and fresh black truffles from Truffle Hill 🖤 Amazing!! 🖤

A completely magic setting for this expertly paired menu, complete with a generous abundance of truffles. My goodness that lamb dish! Every wine dinner held at Santini is a seriously special night out.

I love pasta and I called past in Malaga the other day to stock the freezer and to line up a delish dinner. Their Veal, Mushroom & Truffle Oil Agnolotti is divine, especially when paired with their creamy mushroom and truffle sauce….. then with some shaved truffle on top, my goodness what a treat 🖤🖤🖤🖤 Happy weekending!

Winter is perfect for a slow cooked meal. Low and slow and filling your house with delicious aromas throughout the day. I recently made a Kangaroo Chilli Con Carne with kangaroo mince from Southern Forest Meats from the Genuinely Southern Forests region. Full of flavour with just the right amount of spice, it's a hearty meal served on rice, but then has some lovely freshness with the tomato salsa, cheese and sour cream. Easy peasy to make and freezes beautifully so if you make a big batch it's a great go to when you fancy something quick for dinner. Recipe details at the link below :)

First visit to Alba Perth at Stories Perth - just lovely! Tried as many starters as we could and thoroughly enjoyed the pasta. And that porchetta was delicious! What a great new addition to the CBD this complex is ❤️

The obsession continues as I work my way through the Harvest Boulangerie Pâtisserie menu. This potato and chive danish was divine! How darn versatile is the humble spud! And here in that perfect pastry with chives, some seeded mustard and a little cheesy goodness. Heaven! ❤️ The bloobs danish was delicious too! An excellent reason for a drive to Scarbs 🥰

Love, love, loved Fallow - Liquor & Eatery 🥰 The fit out is beautiful, the team is amazing and the food is incredibly delicious! If you have a steak fan in your life you’re going to want to bring them here. Soooo good! Save room for a skillet sticky date pudding but know it’s definitely for sharing! Can’t wait to get back for round two ❤️
