Love takes time. ⏳❤️

Love demands action if it is to be continuing.
Love is a process.
Love is not a declaration.
Love is not an announcement.
Love is not a passing fancy.
Love is not an expediency.
Love is not a convenience.

If we look at love between two who are preparing for temple marriage, we see the elements of sacrifice and of serving each other’s best interests, not a shortsighted ‘me’ interest.

True love and happiness in courtship and marriage are based upon honesty, self-respect, sacrifice, consideration, courtesy, kindness, and placing ‘we’ ahead of ‘me.’

As if beating ourselves up would somehow transform us into who we desire...NO!

Self criticism is like a poison that will paralize us slowly if we are not careful. Unconsciously it harms our self-esteem, causes us to think that we're not good enough or causes us to feel inadequacy, which can result in feeling worthless.

We need to get rid of that poison and use the antidote.

HOW?

1. Instead of being your own enemy , create a friendship within yourself. Be your own best friend.

2.Be mindful, but don't define yourself through your failures.

3. Change the way you talk and embrace your imperfections.

4. Don't be too hard on yourself.

5. Reframe your thoughts into the language of self-compassion.

6. Lastly, pray for guidance, strength and courage to overcome it.

To you who is reading this, you can do it! I am sure many people are rooting and cheering for you! And that includes me. 🥳🙏We got this! 💪😉

We should never look down on others.

No matter what your beliefs are, don't ever look down or judge someone else's.

How you chose to live your life doesn't make you superior to another person.

Always aim to see the best in every person and every scenario you face in life.

Sure, time and time again you will be let down, but don't let that change your views and outlook on life.

Continue putting that positive energy out there to attract the same back.

You will never be able to move on with your own life if you don't forgive people.
