I conquered my Phobia for Armored cars,but that was just an Introduction to challenges.
I went to class and all lessons were in French,where do I start from?Still thought of dropping out,but when I remember how country strong,I d stay back.
From my house to school was the road used by Soldiers to go to the war front,so I always saw how a car carried about 12 Soldiers each ,but on return,u will only see about 2 to 4 Soldiers behind each car.
I almost ran Out of a restaurant but was held back,bc a man walked in with a Gr***de on his front pocket.(something I only saw in movies when Commando bites and throws to his opponents).
Not to mention serial 💣 bombings in the town and its environs.
NB:Danger is very real,but fear is a choice.😘😘

In 2014,I had to school in the Far North,and it was a time Boko Haram was at its peak.
Two days after my arrival,I was passing in front of a Military camp and saw two Amored Cars,the extremely large version with chain legs ,which we only see in Comando films 🤣🤣🤣🤣.Well,na so I burst cry for road ,telling myself I’m going back to Mamfe,but then I after crying indoors for two days, I asked myself,”what holds my future if I go back to Mamfe”.Na so I decide to face my fear eyeball to eye ball.
NB:Person weh like fish no get to fear bone.

Most times,we fall in love with people and assume they are equally in love with us.Someone can be that perfect half,they are there to have fun,while you assume they are ur Soulmate.
Especially with us ladies ,we assume without asking questions like;What if I get pregnant,Do you think you want to settle down with me,do you want fun or something serious?etc
Such questions will prevent wasted years and issues of “he asked me to abort”.But we are oftenly carried away and some are scared to ask because they don’t want to hear the truth ,which might be hurtful.
Try d ask questions,even if the other person isn’t bold enough to tell the truth,their body language will pass the message immediately u drop the question, and you will actually know what you are into.
