Well because, the people who hang out with are the ones who shall play a very important role in driving you towards your goal. These are the people you talk to on a 24/7 basis, these are the people you discuss your ideas with, you take advises from, you compare yourself with, and is why since they are all the time negative, your growth shall always be hampered with them.

Is why, it becomes so very necessary to surround yourself with the right set of people.
