Welcome back to Midday Missing! I’m Teri True Crime, here to bring light to missing person cases that need attention. Today, we delve into the stories of two women whose disappearances have left families and communities searching for answers—Ashley Loring HeavyRunner from the Blackfeet Nation and Kristyn Sue Richerson from Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Ashley, a vibrant 20-year-old from the Blackfeet Reservation, disappeared in June 2017. Her case is emblematic of the crisis faced by Indigenous communities, where disappearances are often overlooked.

Our second case is Kristyn Sue Richerson, who vanished in 2018 from Muskogee, Oklahoma. Kristyn was last seen at her home, preparing for Rocklahoma. Her roommates’ conflicting statements, use of her belongings, and suspicious behavior add layers to this troubling case.

In this episode of Midday Missing, presented by TCWT Media, we delve into the heartbreaking and mysterious case of Alexis Patterson, a 7-year-old girl who disappeared on her way to school in Milwaukee on May 3, 2002. Despite massive search efforts and countless tips, Alexis has never been found, leaving her family and community searching for answers to this day.
Join us as we explore the events leading up to her disappearance, including the troubling connections to her stepfather, LaRon Bourgeois, and his dangerous involvement in the world of drug dealing. Was Alexis a victim of her stepfather’s lifestyle, or was her disappearance the result of something far more sinister?
We also will explore the disappearance of 25-year-old Chance Leslie Englebert, a devoted husband and father from Moorcroft, Wyoming, who vanished on July 6, 2019, while visiting family in Gering, Nebraska. Despite extensive search efforts and ongoing investigations, Chance’s whereabouts remain unknown, leaving his family heartbroken and searching for answers.
Chance was last seen on surveillance footage in Terrytown, Nebraska, after walking away from an upsetting conversation. The night he disappeared, a strong thunderstorm swept through the area, further complicating the investigation. With no evidence to prove foul play, but no explanation for his disappearance, Chance's case remains open.
