The G100 Business Networking Summit took place in Libreville, Gabon, from February 25 to 28, 2025.
The summit brought together professionals from various sectors, including real estate, associations, networking specialists, business intermediaries, trade finance experts, entrepreneurs, opportunity seekers, and project leaders. Unlike traditional conferences, this summit emphasized practical engagements over panel discussions or exhibitions, focusing on personalized appointments for each participant.
Notable Outcomes:
Educational Opportunities: A Paris-based firm offered the "Conquérants & Leaders AFRIK" program to four high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds (two girls and two boys), aiming to cultivate curiosity, ambition, determination, authenticity, project design, and action among these students.
Scholarships: Five scholarships were awarded to recent high school graduates from underprivileged backgrounds for studies at Ranchi Jharkhand University in India.
Digital Literacy Initiatives: Plans were initiated to teach young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds coding, computer science, and robotics through a virtual campus, introducing them to basic energy concepts and environmental impacts.
STEM Engagement: Discussions began on organizing The Game Changer Awards in person, an event where teams of young girls work on STEM projects, similar to initiatives in Australia, with potential sponsorship from the Australian government.
Satellite Program: The Mission Shakthisat program aims to select 108 young girls aged 14 to 18 in Gabon, coaching them to build satellites, with opportunities for a few to launch their satellites from the Indian space station, supported by various space agencies and the Indian government.
Art Exhibitions: Contracts were established for Gabonese artworks to be exhibited in galleries across India, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore.
Business Partnerships: Several partnerships and collaboration contracts were signed.
