A Pastor came to our school and shared this very thing with us. The Lord called on Peter & the fisherman to let down their net(s)… Peter came back with an excuse and yet The Lord called him to go and let down their net(s)… so he complied but only let down 1 net. Yes, he was obedient but he was not FULLY obedient. The 1 net he let down broke due to the Abundance of 🐟 (God’s Blessing) and they had to pull to the shore due to the damage of the 1 net.
Our Lord calls for our F U L L Obedience and all we give him in return are excuses of why we can’t or our lack of C O M P L E T E obedience.
What is He Calling you to be FULLY & COMPLETELY Obedient in Beloved?
You wanna talk about a 😭🙌🏼 Moment.. I was broken in that moment of God’s goodness to be so very patient with me in my disobedience! He’s so very patient & oh so Trustworthy! So Thankful we can FULLY Trust Him in EVERYTHING! 💕

Sometimes God asks you to do something that doesn't make sense. Obey anyway.

Lord, I've been doing it the "right" way all night long and have come up empty. But if you say so, I'll let down my nets.

In the midst of trials, pain, and loss, it's hard to see God. Sometimes it's hard to feel His presence. We have all had our share of hurt. But no matter what we have been through, we have to remember His purpose and that nothing is meaningless. Nothing is wasted.
