I have a story to tell one day. Just be nice and good for God is the only lifter of man. Don't think of cheating people, don't think God is not seeing your good deeds. Trust me, one day he will superise you.
He would remind you of your good deeds in the past and you will see lines falling in pleasant places.

He would position men just to favor you and take their leave. Keep doing good and watch out for God's work.

Remember God is not a man that would ever fail.

I'm a living testimony of God's favor.

While in the university, I had some jambites who come with their parents for their post ume and because they have no where to stay, they would be at the quadrangle lying on the chair with mosquitoes, cold and being scared at the same time. I took it upon myself to assist any one at the quadrangle with their child for post ume despite not knowing them before and their culture.

I make sure they lie on my bed and feed them at night and morning before they leave for the exam.

At a point my parents became a bit scary because of what is happening in the world now but I said something to them these people are truly helpless and if I have one life to live it would be to help them. All I do is to pray to God for protection and thank God I could help them have a wonderful stay.

I did this for my entire university period without expecting anything in return from anyone but I never knew God was watching.

I landed this country not knowing anyone or anywhere but God brought someone to pick me from the airport. Someone who came to pick me from the airport told me Imma I'm here to help you.

I have a lot of story to tell about Papa but for now let me tell you a little bit. Papa took me from the airport and became the man who willingly carried me around for my job interviews without asking me a dime. Papa took me around showing me places and how to navigate the city. Papa buys food for me and brings to my house without asking me for money. Papa encouraged me in my studies. Papa took me and showed me places I can get cheaper materials. Papa connected me to people that have aided in my growth. Papa took me around for my clinicals when I had no car. Papa guided me in buying my own car. Papa has been there for me in trying times. Papa made me see possibilities that my sister can join me. One day I would share a story!

Papa is a German who has lived in Canada for more than 50 years, Papa is 75 years, retired and treats me like her daughter. Papa has tought me much about life . One day I told my Mum I feel like I would wake up one-day and Papa would tell me his mission is finished. It feels like I'm dreaming every day of my life.

He was God sent to me when I needed it most and every day of my life God reminds me of my Good deeds in school when some people needed it most.

Papa made me get three jobs at the same time because of his guadiance and direction and every day of my life it still feels like a dream.

God gave me a father in a foreign land who has been everything I could ask for.

Be good in all you do for God works in mysterious ways.

I feel like cooking alfan and beans but my red oil is saying NO.

The spirit is willing but the red oil is weak!

I have planned on how my red oil would last for a year so if I mistakenly make a mistake I'm finished.

Be careful who you call your friends. Some friends are the reason for your downfall. I can't believe what a so called friend is saying behind her friend in a meeting right now. I'm still in shock because it feels like I'm dreaming.

The only person not in support of her new position is her friend. Because she's not there and we aren't allowed to share what happened in the meeting between the aspirants so she felt her friend is not gonna know.

Today I realized that the devil is already here on earth dining with you so be careful.

I might one day speak in parables to her friend if she's sensitive she might grasp.

I pray to God to give her the ability to grasp my parables. Please beware of your surrounding and be very sensitive fans!

It's a new month and is another month of me paying a million naira as monthly house rent.

If not for bad governance, I would gladly say Nigeria is one of the best place to live on earth.

It is well, when I realize that a professor in Nigeria earns less than 500,000 thousand a month and this is currently less than 500 dollars with the current dollar rate, I begin to question myself a lot about my Country. Even though some people abroad may not have upto this after expenses, the truth is our country's value is depreciating daily!

So a professor in Nigeria cannot send their kids abroad to study if they aren't on scholarship or assistantship. It is well!

Nigeria my country, what have we done to deserve all this!

You couldn't control yourself when you heard she is your charge in the unit so met her and asked if she has a twin in Ontario. She never wanted to make your day miserable so she said people might look alike. You looked at her every second and always wondered if she might be the one since is in another state. During your shift, you forgot to bring up your patient bed rails and the patient was a very high fall risk patient whose bed rails should be x4. The patient felled on the floor and it was brought to the notice of the charge. Your stay on the organization as a first timer is dependent on the charge documentation and the charge is your sister who you have wronged.

You came to the charge and started speaking your dialect because you were told by someone she is an Igbo girl. You started pleading for her to be linient in documentation as we are sisters and is still unknown to you she was the one you made her had sleepless nights. She decided to tell you her full name in a private room at the end of the shift and you couldn't control your tears. You called your husband to plead on your behalf as you don't think yours would make an impact.

She decided not to talk to your husband and she said she made the decision before now not to be the reason a brother/ sister would loose their job unless they stole from her. she believes she has a living God who is on her case.

You left the break room shedding tears and still wondering what a world we are in while she drove home.

Please be mindful of the younger ones at your back today for tomorrow is pregnant.
If you are in a place we're you are being tortured or intimated don't feel bad, keep improving yourself for those that speak ill of you will one day cry to you for help.
Remember "What God cannot do does not exist"

A true life story

You are Nigerian lady who has been in Canada for 5 years and you met a fellow Nigerian who landed a year ago.

on her one month of landing she got a little job to God's glory were she was under your supervision. You constantly made her feel unrelaxed and unprofessional because she is still new in the country and new in the job role.

she does her best to be the best she can and to please you but all you do is to document and report her little mistakes instead of correcting her as a sister. Indians, Mexicans, Japanese and Brazilians would admire her body, beauty and scrubs and all you do is to remind them she is new to the country and makes some little mistakes. you made her understand that they are not supposed to be working here as a new Nigerian immigrants instead of correcting and helping your follow Nigerian.

You were so mean to her that the Indians and Japanese colleagues noticed your inhumane actions and decided to be close to her and encourage her so that she won't be depressed.

You made your sister shed tears often times and make more smart moves despite all odds.

Your sister left the organization without your notice to chase her dreams and still make smart moves to God's glory. And all you could do was to rumor that she left because she understood she is not supposed to be here.

A year later you decided to do a travel job to make more money. On reaching the organization, you were sent to the unit were she's the charge. You were shocked on seeing her and never believed she's the one.

We are in a generation were we try to do our own will and pressurize God to do our own will too.

Your will might not be God's will for you and don't forget God's will is the best.

you have been trying something for a long time without result and God's direction can you please allow God do his will?

See there's nothing like best country on earth. Every country have people who can't afford three square meal a day. That country you have termed heaven on earth have people of your color who are homeless. They have people who can only pay their rent and feeding expenses, people who can't pay their bills and also people who are doing exploits.

In every country despite how difficult it might be, there are still people who are doing great. So there's nothing like best place to live on earth rather it is best place for you to live so start seeking for God's validation.

Your dream destination might not be God's plan for you so start seeking for God's direction.

It is better to remain in fire were you have find ways to adapt than to move from fire to frying pan.

Start asking God for his plan for you and work towards reaching that potential.

I'm not hear to change God's plan for you but to encourage you to apply effort to reach God's plan for you. Remember prayer without work is dead.

If there is one thing I won't hide from you all it would be the truth.

One thing a successful person in anything would not tell you is the struggles behind the Success. We grow in a community were we celebrate sucess and ignore the struggles.

I would love to encourage you with the challenges i faced, motivate you with my determination to reach my potential and let you know is achievable and possible with my Success story.

Don't ever you feel like you are not trying because of the challenges you are facing on the process. Don't ever feel that those that actualized sucess got it within a twinkle of an eye or started the process the day they made it public. Dont ever you look down on your struggles or feel life is treating you differently from others.

The only difference between me and you is that i never stopped trying till i actualized my goal and the difference between you and the next person when your aim is actualized is because you never stopped trying.

All i had was a dream as of 2013, my vision motivated me to finish strong from the university, wrote series of exams for the journey and for tuition assistantship 2019, got admitted and did my first semester online with the united state of America 2020 due to COVID.

Got some obstacles 2021 and 2022 while on the process with my visa which were challenges to sucess and are part of my learning process and mentorship. Triumphed late 2022 and have guided 4 people of like minds actualize this goal for the past one year. Two of the 4 people in the United States, one in Canada and one in the UK. Processed my sisters application and today she's in Canada.

All i had was a dream and all i did was i never stopped trying nor gave up on myself and you know what? It played out at last.

The only end to your success journey is when you stop breathing if not, keep trying. If it fails try again, if it fails again , try again and again and trust me one day you will hit the rock.

I looked at my sister under the snow today and all i could do was to smile.

Never stop believing and never stop trying.

Some people have been kept mute on their application, work recognition, renting a property outside the country just because of their social media handles.

No body monitors you via your social media platform than your Visa Consulate Officer.
USA made it clear in their F1 Visa by giving you an expo to write down your Social media handle in a column and Canada wouldn't give you that idea instead they would goggle your handle with your name. For those their handle is not in their name know you are living an open ended question in their mind and trust me you wouldn't love the outcome of their assumed answer.

For those the handle is in their name,
how would you say your country of Residence is Nigeria and Lives in Minnesota USA on your FB page and in your application you are are saying you haven't traveled out of your country of Residence and you are expecting them to believe everything you are filling in your form and statement of purpose.

You want to travel and they are telling you to sign a form that you won't be involved in a sexual abuse but in your page someone is tagging you to a post supporting a form of sexual harassment and you left that in your account.

You are looking for a property to rent and they are asking you if you smoke you say no why in your handle you have posted videos of you smoking to the sky.

They would never tell you that the reason for your visa denial or not renting you that property is this but keep in mind that you are gonna be getting rejections.

Your handle speaks more volumes of who you're than your speach and nobody monitors you through your handle than this people.

Your handle can make you loose a big opportunity, your handle can make you get a visa denial and you handle can contribute to your homelessness.

If your social media handle is not in your name, you make it difficult for them to draw a conclusion of who they are dealing with thereby thinking you are not living a straight forward life. If it's content are not real you would keep getting rejections and if they are positive, it would contribute positively to your application and goals. So be wise with things you post out there and things people are tagging you to. Let your bio identify you and let the information correspond to what you are saying in your Statement of purpose.

Start making smart moves and think outside the box so as to reach your potentials.

My handle made me get my apartment at a cheaper rate when I landed in Canada. My handle served as a reference to my first job role outside the country, My handle contributed to my tuition assistantship when I got a masters program in the United States before coming to Canada.

So be wise and make smart moves.
Think as if there's no box.

You plan on traveling and they are telling you handworks pay abroad you should go and learn handwork like hairdressing, makeup, baking and immediately you go to learn with the intention of making millions with it abroad.

After the knowledge you start applying to any state or provincial institution without proper guidance. The truth is that some agents outside the country who a lot of people have been ripped off doesn't know what is happening in the country and some of the brothers in the country might not tell you how it is. There are provinces being dominated by the whites in all countries that you would rarely see your black people living in that vicinity. You might end up being the only black person in your church. In this case, tell me who is gonna patronize you? Remember you learnt a work that is being needed by your race and you need to try your best to look for institutions within the province they are dominated.

For baking, I came here and I realized that the whites are really professionals when it comes to baking even thier main meals are baked so tell me what you gonna bake to entice them.

Your African brothers would end up patronizing them because they are the best at that and it's their natural talent.

What would an Americana eat daily without dessert? Despite what, I won't lie in this for they are very good at that! So who would patronize you if you are in an American dominated city?

If you talk about makeup, ever since I came here I have only seen one Americana in my locality with a complete face makeup and I was shocked the day I witnessed it that we ended up in a conversation relating to that. She clearly told me that she applies makeup because she is studying cosmetology and scared of buying the equipment because she feels the white friends might not really know the worth so can't pay her.

They don't know much about makeup and not ready to pay you that much to get their face done. You can only actualize this goal were you have your brothers living.

So when you are applying to an institution for studies with the intention of Surviving with this handwork be intentional when selecting the province and cities were your institution is located.

If not, you will shout, shout, starve, feel depressed and fast no evidence because the foundation is faulty. Get information from the right personals who are in the country and are smart to know what is obtainable.

I had one person who was close to us at home and happened to attend same Uni with a Sister. This person was so quiet, doesn't smoke, always positive in statements when I indulge him in conversations and had always looked forward to doing his masters aside the country. "To God's glory, he had a brother in the United States who was ready to sponsor him"

When I travelled, the brother reached out to me telling me how hard he's been trying to actualize this goal and seeked for my assistance in actualizing this aim.

Late last year to his greatest supersize and when the opportunity called, there was an open sit for a master's program in his field in an institution.

I was more than glad about this and I quickly contacted him telling him this opportunity and saying to him I would guide him through the whole process as all I would love to do is to see him coming in for the program.

To cut the whole story short, I joyfully decided to assist this brother actualize this goal which gave me some sleepless night and the department was ready to welcome him because I told them he is my brother.

To my greatest supersize, when I started requesting for his undergraduate documents, this brother started turning it up and down telling me the school was delaying the whole process after all said and done and investing my time, this brother came out and told me he had issues with some courses so couldn't finish. I said what? You allowed me to invest my time in this process when you knew you had no certificate? What about the youth service you told me you underwent? he said he was shy of telling me he couldn't finish.

I felt so disappointed in myself majorly haven introduced him as my brother to the school as who graduated with a good grade from the university.

I felt pained of wasting my time when I know how much I could make hourly with that time.

But you know what? Tha trust is broken. Yes I can forgive him as humans but he can't easily regain the trust.

I can't trust him with my finance or anything that belongs to me.

Though we talk to date, the trust is broken!

So I say to you today, if there's one thing you shouldn't break it would be trust for it cant be easily regained and it's damage is outrageous.

If there's one person you need to be truthful to, it would be to your helpers, partners and close friends because it's not easy to regain the trust when it's broken in this midst.

Now let me talk about Communication. I have come to understand that the reason why some people don't get response to their sent emails, schools they are applying to, questions, is lack of Communication skills!

The way you draft your questions and seek for solutions goes a long way in determining the outcome of your request.

I have noticed that a lot and today I was opportune to be with a professor who viewed an international applicant request to be his research assistant. His application was overlooked because of his approach and this triggered me to write this.

Let me start with the one's within, some people would send a message like this "Hi, are you in Canada?" , "Hi, Please are you in Canada? " "Hi Imma you are in Canada right?

These approaches are very inappropriate as it has no content of what you are seeking for rather than knowing where the person is even though some might have seen that in your wall. It is so disrespectful to the receiver who might not want to share such personal information on a conversation. It also has no meaning to you as it has no content of what you want to be clarified on.

Then let me tell you an example of an appropriate approach that would yield a positive result.

Hi Imma, I'm Cletus your friend here on Facebook or your brother from Avutu and I would love to confirm if you're in Canada. I would Love to apply to a school in Canada and I don't have a proper information on ways to actualize this. Please are there ways you can recommend for me to meet this goal? I would greatly appreciate a response from you. Thank you.

How do you see this? Can you compare the two approaches? This is a good communication technique. The receiver understood your request in an appropriate manner and would be glad to provide an answer if he/she has any.

You are not asking a personal question rather a clarification in an outstanding manner.

Communication skills have denied a lot of people admission, Visa, Scholarship, Research or Teaching assistantship and would love you to start amending that today.

Good Communication skills paves a lot of way and sometimes it is not the most respectful ones that has the best communication skills rather the ones that understood the techniques.

Please start working on your Communication skills so that you will witness positive results.
