With the advances in technology, we are enabled to complete more tasks in less time without too much effort. However, with these abilities, our interactions with other people have drastically changed. Social media allows us to communicate with a much broader group of people without any hardships. Episode 2 - Imprisoned Minds

In this episode, we briefly look into mental-health. There are many different types of mental illnesses, but we focus on depression.

As we know, depression can severely impact our capacity to focus on the important things in our life. It is an illness that can affect anyone, and the sad part is that it is is still badly misunderstood.
It is normal for a person struggling with depression to keep minimal social contact. It is perfectly normal for a person not to speak up about their mental problems; we are generally afraid of other people’s judgments and opinions. Seeking medical help to treat mental-illness would heal the wound.

It is time we recognize mental health as essential to physical health. Depression requires just as much care as any other physical chronic condition, it’s important to understand what depression is, and how it affects daily life.

Episode 1 - Racism & The Current State of Our Society

The last few weeks have been filled with devastating news. In this episode, we talk about Black Lives Matter. We want to raise awareness for everyone that this is a movement. Racism is a global issue, it's not just something here in The United States. It's one of the most studied topics in school, but it's also the most misunderstood. In this episode, we talk about the current state in The United States, and around the world. We discuss how the world has reflected on George Floyd's death. We also explore how certain people's thoughts about race are evolving.

Hello everyone, 2020 has made us go through a lot of mental, physical, spiritual, and communal tests, and we are not even halfway through the year yet.

In these difficult, cruel, and unjust times, it is important for us to raise awareness, love, and concern to lift our standards not only for ourselves, but for everyone around us. Humans alone would have never built these great civilizations, but it is in the collective that we keep progressing; furthermore, if you feel alone out there, don’t lose hope.

These dark times inspired us to create a platform where we can voice people’s opinions, concerns, and their thoughts; a platform that will give us a tunnel to spread out and educate individuals. On this show we will not only discuss the current climates but our horizons will be spread from human habitation occurring in Mars all the way to the inhumane condition people are suffering in Kashmir.

This transmission under it’s wings will discuss relevant topics; such as politics, sports, entertainment, self improvement, religion, and many more to name a few.
