Having a fun time cooking these fresh and large shrimps we got from our trip to Key Largo Fisheries. These shrimps were marinated in lime soda then tossed in olive oil, butter, lots of garlic, chilli flakes, lime soda marinade, spring onion and seasoned with salt and pepper! Time to bring out the rice! Yum!

We finally managed to cook these Lobsters that we purchased on our visit to Key Largo Fisheries last time. My sister's current fave recipe is salted egg seafoods so I made her ๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ. Accurate temperatures and cooking time for these Lobsters make them one delicious dinner to serve! Lobster meat is tossed in rich and buttery sauce of salted duck egg Yolks with lots of garlic, chilli flakes and that nutty curry leaves! Yum!

Sharing with you here is the view of the pool and the dining area along with the spread we savored to celebrate this happy occasion. Gianni's serves a blend of Italian and Mediterranean selection of food and wine and at night this place is said to be transformed to life with the stunning setting and mood: Dining by the poolside under the stars amidst the opulent and stylish scenery.
The famous pool also known as "Million Mosaic Pool" according to the references contains "thousands of 24k gold tiles and was influenced by the late Italian fashion designer's "Marine Varitas" collection. There is also a Medusa which is said to be the largest in the property and was made in his hometown , Calabria Italy, was broken down into segments and was shipped to Miami. Hope you enjoy this.

Fried Shrimp, kids enjoyed this and kept raving about it. 10/10
