On DarkPoint each faction will be pretty distinct and hopefully joinable by the player, offering different benefits and challenges.

One I'm working on is the Bosmer (Wood Elves), lore diving and researching and trying to avoid stereotype stuff. As such I decided that not only will they have tree based "homes" they will also be civilised and yes I know the "Hobbit" homes might be a stretch but I personally think they fit better to civilised Bosmer than anything else I could use.

Wilderness areas, which is a huge portion of the island will hold many secrets and dangers. Mostly dangers.. that's if you can even see them coming.

Not the best at social media so keep forgetting I have this. In my absence I found some critical errors with the world space I was using for DarkPoint and in my grand style nuked it and started over.

Using a brand new heightmap world space I'm creating DarkPoint to my initial vision and not constrained by a "resource" world that's been used for a few mods already.

A home for the bad guys and gals.

This is the beginning of the main base of operations for one of the "bad" factions on DarkPoint. I'm not going to elaborate too much but suffice to say you can play as the bad guy for a completely different experience.

Just a few stairs.

I thought whilst creating DarkPoint that I would challenge myself to create some visually interesting locations, This is one of them, the climb to a secluded temple, did I pull it off?

Some shots from inside ShroudVein. It's very difficult to create a "Khajit" city as such as there really is no reference. I'm still messing with ideas but overall they have more flora and decoration than other underground cities. Also the obvious drug use has to be mentioned with skooma dens and the like. Still a work in progress though.

The entrance to ShroudVein, an underground Khajit city built using one of the excavated Krarzul mining caverns. You may notice the Parmar guarding and not normal Khajit, ShroudVein is the home of Khajit, Ohmes-Rahts, Parmar and many, many cats.

This is the entry point to Rune's fortified portion of the island. I had some ideas for something here but may or may not add it. Depends on whether I can get a part of the main questline to work how I want. If I don't use it for that purpose then there will be some guards stationed here on rotation.

This is not an area you want to try and break into if you are not a friend of Rune's faction.

A little detail that annoyed me so I made a solution. You can see logs on carts, piles of logs but how do people get those logs onto the carts and piles? By hand... nah... let's use a crane..!!

Gaijin City - This is the first main city the player will reach depending on their choices after arriving. The city is populated by many Skyrim refugees and was founded as a multi-cultural market city. Many traders and envoys use this location as a relatively neutral meeting place.
