Thanks to the course, a good analysis and understanding of the German culture was possible, considering various aspects of it, like the behavior, religion and way of living. The main points that stand out the most are:
- It is very important to study and understand the behavior behind a culture, because not knowing the important aspects, can lead to misunderstandings.

The second biggest difference we could find between cultures was in the 5th dimension of Hofstede named "Long term orientation"; Mexican people tend to find solutions really quick and are very creative population however this solutions are usually to short term issues or immediate required solutions, while german are the opposite all they do is intended to mitigate long term risk and be as strong as they wish to be in the future even though they must sacrifice time and effort from long time prior.

- Extremely Punctual People
- Love of order
- Small talk
- No sense of humor

Some stereotypes have a positive outcome, because they do not insult or affect the perception of the Germans, but there are negative stereotypes that affect the interaction with people with the Germans. Different approach that can be interpreted as rude.
The N**i stereotype is the most challenging one, because they still are blamed for the WWII, causing:

Germany as a country has a really inclusive way of thinking in every angle social, economical and political.
Economical: every citizen or refuge that resides in Germany will receive money from the government in order to sustain themselves, everybody is the same in the eyes of the government.
Social: After all its history Germany has made it clear that no racism will be tolerated and every culture is welcome in this land.

Germany is known as a secular country, meaning that they are not connected directly with any religion, with 33% of the population being non-religious, but for the most part, it possesses Christianity as the dominant religion.
- 31% of the population are Catholics.
- 30% of the population are Christians.

For many years, Germany had a culture where the man was the head of the family, but this has changed since the gender does not dictate the role of that person anymore. Men and women have equal rights and job opportunities as well as in the household dynamic, sharing the decision-making power.

The German culture is characterized by the direct communication they have. This means they value explicit communication patterns that do not rely on the surrounding context to give meaning. An example of this, is that if a German asks you if you want food and you deny, they will accept that answer and not ask again, even if your intention was to avoid causing inconvenience.
Other examples of social skills are:
- It is impolite to rest your feet on furniture
- Do not cross the road on foot while the lights are red, it is frowned upon in Germany
- Be puntual on arrival, 10 minutes can be forgiven
- Do not rest your elbows on the table and always keep your hands in view

The "Federal" part refers to the way that power is divided nationally. Institutions in Berlin have certain Federal powers, which reach across regional boundaries.
