Ang kinabuhi dili cupcakes and rainbows tanan.
Hayahay man o dili imong estado sa kinabuhi, ang problema walay ginapili. Muabot ug muabot gyud ang time nga testingan ka sa panahon, but don’t let your problems get the best of you. Ayaw tuguti imong kaguol to devour you.

Maluya ka. Mawad-an nakag gana.
Take a pause. But don’t just stop dihaa.
Ayaw ug stay sa ingon anang sitwasyona.
Pahulay ra imong gikinahanglan. Dili kay hantod sa hantod diraa ka.

Atoang mga problema, it highlights our dependence to God. Redeem your strength in the Lord for His power is made perfect sa imohang kaluyahon.

2 Corinthians 12:9,
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Today!

I just thought of sharing how my day went.
I hope you had yours excellent! ☺️

Today has been real tough—physically and emotionally tough that many times I reminded myself ”you are better than all the hurt and dismay raging inside of you”, cos I badly had to.

Staring blankly in the ceiling, I suddenly remembered everything I have seen and experienced today that was good.
A bible verse that says ”Isaiah 4:10. Do not fear for I am with you” sticked in a car.
A child smiling thinking the world would never leave her scarred.
An accomplished task at work.
Getting home safe without getting soaked.
A roof above my head.
Food in our table.
A comfortable bed I sleep on.
Then the whole mood changed! I remember that I really have a looooot to thank God for—a lot more that today’s negativity is outnumbered!

And with that, today can be considered as one of those days when life and people throws surprises at you that aren’t good, but I say life is still good because you have God and He is good. Life sometimes may get hard, but it will be bearable because you have God.

Today is a feat but I was able to get through it.
So, I consider this a day a victory.
Today, just like any other day, God’s goodness wins over anything!

𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐢 𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐨 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐬-𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧.

“Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.” Psalm 55:22

You are not built to carry the weight of the world on your shoulder.
Dili ka ingon ana nga gi disenyo sa Ginoo.
Dili na mao ang kabubut-on sa Ginoo para nimo.
Panagsa mao nang dili ka kausad sa kinabuhi tungod na kay daghan ka ug kabug-aton nga ginabitbit. Unnecessary baggages nga dili makatabang sa imong paglambo sa kinabuhi.

If you only choose to let it all go.
Ang kayugot.
Ang kasuko.
Ang dili pagpasaylo.
Tanan kabug-aton, even the weight nga ga gikan pa sa imong kagahapon.
Take that load off your chest. Ihatag na sa Ginoo. God wants to take that from you ug buot Niya na pulihan ug mga nindot nga butang nga gikinahanglan nimo.

Trade your sorrow for His joy.
Your worries, for His peace.
Your pain, for His purpose.
Your past, for the future He has for you.

Give it all to God. He will sustain you.
Now all that’s left is for you to receive ALL that God has for you.

Kung gibati ka ug kakapoy.
Paminaw nimo pas-an nimo tanan kabug-aton ug wala na ka kabalo unsa imong angay buhaton.
Pahulay, igsoon.
Pahulay diha sa presensya sa Ginoo.

Matthew 11:28, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

Nindot mupahulay diha sa presensya sa Ginoo. Diha ka maka angkon ug igo nga kusog aron mulaban na pud ug mupadayon.

Sa imong pagpahulay, imoha unta nga makaplagan asa ug Kinsa ang tinubdan sa tinuod nga kapahulayan.
Rest in God and receive His strength! 🤍🙏🏻

It’s reassuring to know that there is a time for everything, a season for every activity under the heavens. (Ecclesiastes 3)

And there is supernatural peace when you understand that whatever you are going through shall come to pass, and beyond all these, greater things await you.

I personally love this version of 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 (MSG)
”So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever.“

And in Romans 8:18, "The pain that you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming."

May you never consider giving up as an option.
