Hi all, Hunter has joined a serious league and they need to fundraise to help raise money for their playoffs, Breast Cancer awareness socks, equipment, their banquet, coaches T-shirts, and more.

It's $25 for a card and you'll get a stub where you punch in your code each week and there will be a random selection of teams associated with your code. (Similar to fantasy football.)

- Each week prizes are given
- At the end of the 17 week football season whoever got the most scores wins a grand prize.

I have been using this, this week after each shower. It's a Scrubbing Bubbles alternative but with biodegradable, environmentally responsible ingredients (plant-derived and safer solutions for consumers).

Well, I then used the sister product for cleaning the tub yesterday and it's the easiest I've scrubbed the tub ever. So shiny! Woohoo! I didn't realize why the tub was so easy to clean yesterday until I used this after today's shower.

First wedding event we attended together (old friends of ours) and recent wedding (his 2nd son). Just over 18 years apart. More wrinkles and gray hairs! But still looking pretty good I'd say! 🤷🏼‍♀️

We celebrated our first child to get married this weekend in Alabama where his bride's family is from. In total there and back we drove maybe 36 hours. It was a long weekend! Welcome to your next chapter of life, Son! 🥳

I can't stop feeling devastated for those who lost their livelihood in the latest wild fires in California. Have compassion for people to experience such obliteration of their lives: clothes, memories, businesses... Gone. May God have His Hand on the rebuilding of the cities and individuals lives. Pray. And help however you can.

Christmas 2024 was different. We gained our first daughter-in-law and met her this week. It was a FULL schedule of holiday plans and visiting. In addition to this new gift, my mother-in-law, who has been a recluse for many, many years, visited TWICE in the same week. She made a decision to pull herself out of her rut. My heart is humble for her making such a milestone step toward reliving (after the loss of ab adult child many years ago). It was a very good week. But I'm definitely tired and ready to get back to normal. What was one of your highlights this Christmas season?

I prefer using TWO pie crusts for top and bottom because the crust is so tasty.

Make sure pie crusts are room temperature (around 30 min)

Form crust to pie pan, then melt 2 TBS of butter, toss in some garlic powder and paste on bottom crust.

Peel & dice up ~2 cups of potatoes, toss in water over and turn on stove until fork can poke (not fully soft because you're about to bake them in the oven)

Dice up 2 cups of turkey and place in a mixing bowl

Toss into the same bowl a cup of frozen peas & carrots

Toss into the same bowl 1 can of cream of chicken soup (I used the kind "with herbs but without is still just fine)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

Drain potatoes and toss into same mixing bow and mix all ingredients

Pour on top bottom crust

Form top crust and pinch the edges. Repeat 2 TBS melted butter with garlic powder to taste & baste on top crust

Place in the oven at 350⁰ at 30-45 minutes depending on your oven until the crust is golden brown.

I saw a picture of these at the store and decided I'd make these Pilgrim Hat Cookies. Upside down fudge stripe cookies, miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, colored frosting to adhere the PB cup, yellow Reese's pieces for the hat "buckle".
