Hey everybody, welcome to the flu with Steve. Just popping in to touch base and keep you updated. I picked up what I'm guessing is the flu recently. Many of my friends and family have all had the same thing so it was just a matter of time unfortunately. I seem to have turned a corner but haven't been in any condition to camp this week, despite my best efforts. I hope you all have a great rest of your Sunday and I will keep you updated!

It took a total of 14 hours of driving, much of it on remote mountain logging roads, then a final hike out to the most remote secret cabin I've ever seen. It was a cozy night with a wood stove, waves crashing on the beach and some delicious food.

I brought out my small camo tent and snuck into the woods beside a small fire hall to camp for the night. It was an interesting camping location with some excitement throughout the night. It was a bit noisy, but it was much better than camping under a bridge!

I rigged up a canopy on the side of my car for a nice relaxing night of camping in the Pacific Northwest. A wonderful evening, with excellent food. My journey continues! I'm already at my next location as I upload this. Cheers everyone!

I hit the road with my camping gear and headed for the mountains to meet up with Foresty Forest and Adventure Time Loui. We didn't do any crazy hikes together, because I know better than to try and keep up with him, but we did have a good meal and some great conversation by the fire. I got to try out my new flat-top grill, and of course, breathe in that fresh mountain air.

I made a camping DIY lean-to out of some extra construction insulation from my house renovations. There was a good R-value to the sheet of insulation, and I put a plastic sheet to cover the door. It was a cozy night, and Crazy Neighbor stopped by for an unexpected camping visit. I will be starting a road trip this coming Friday and can't wait to see what camping adventures I find along the way.

Thanks To Mitch for recommending this camping place. I finally got to camp in the holy grail of abandoned buildings. This Building was on an old property annexed for city development and is classified as an urban park, so I knew what I had to do. A quick sneaky camping trip was just the ticket!

A fake Facebook account showed up in the comments under the previous post on here, using "Camping With Steve" for a name, and the profile picture. They were trying to scam people into joining a Telegram channel called "campingwithsteve", saying that you've won a gift pack. I don't use Telegram. If you get a message from them, please just block and report.

Sorry about that. If it happens again, an easy way to tell they're a scammer is they won't have the blue checkmark beside the name.

I stealth camped behind a McDonalds drive through last night! I have been looking for a camping spot like this for years. I wanted to do a drive-thru but for some reason (probably safety) they seem to always be clear around with no hiding spots. After years of searching and looking at every Google satellite view I could find I found my dream McDonalds camping spot.

It was great to meet so many awesome people this Saturday! Thank you to everyone who made the trek out for a visit, I know many people wanted to come by but schedules and location can be tricky. I plan to do more of these in the future, just figuring out the logistics and how to legally do these haha (I found out I needed a permit for this) Cheers everyone!

I had an amazing camping trip! I secretly set up a hammock under a bridge on a remote road. There was a store close by selling step 2's and a variety of grocery items I used to form a camping meal. I slept pretty well, aside from some occasional road noise.

I went camping with an e-bike to access an old stretch of abandoned highway. The highway was straightened and made wider to go around small towns and that left the perfect spot to sneak into camp. Defiantly an acceptable spot for a quick overnight camping trip on bike!

Well, I'm back everyone. It's been a tough month and a half but it feels good to get back out and do some camping. For my return video I've found a bank of clothing donation bins that turned out to be the perfect place to stealth camp. I'm still in Nova Scotia for a bit longer and will be getting much much more camping done. Stay tuned my friends!
