NATIONAL RELAXATION DAY is TODAY!

National Relaxation Day on August 15 encourages us to slow down and unwind. It's a day to focus on taking care of ourselves and take a moment to relax.

LETS DO IT!!!


National Relaxation Day is an important day as we all need a break from the fast-paced and often hectic lifestyles we live.

Taking time to recuperate and rejuvenate our tired minds and bodies may help prevent many health risks, too.

Like the founder of this day suggested, too much work can make us sick, run-down, tired and that's just SO WRONG!!! .

There’s been tremendous growth opportunities.
Some rocked my world pretty good I’ll tell ya… but I’m here on the other side.
WE CAN DO HARD THINGS!

I’m grateful for this perfect moment to simply be, here, now…

After a full day of chores and errands of running the kid to school, going to the auto parts store (again) taking my car for maintenance, working a 9-5 (lunch break went to choir practice), dinner break date with my Love, (at a new place-new experience)
Meetings with my business partners,
Recording a podcast, creating a video AND taking time for spiritual practices..

It’s been a very full and blessed day.
I’m super grateful for it all.
For all of the resources that make it all happen.

Sometimes we gotta get outta our own way..
as Todd says, keep love and laughter in your heart, and keep moving forward”
