Bengaluru based Startup Meesho, social commerce platform, was founded by IIT- Delhi alumni Vidit Aatrey & Sanjeev Barnwal in 2015.

With the aim to provide its targeted audience like housewives, young mothers, students, and Job seekers to become a potential entrepreneur with a virtual shop who can earn a daily amount with no Investment or Inventory.
Meesho becomes the first social commerce platform to enable small businesses and individuals to start their own online stores via social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
Meesho is on a mission to create 20 Million Micro – Entrepreneurs by 2020.
The startup is working to solve a ‘crore societal Problem’.
It has a distribution access to over 20,000 manufacturers through its platform.
About 90 percent of Meesho customer base in women.

The first Indian company to cross Rs 5,000 crore mark in sales
Parle-G is not an ordinary biscuit, it’s an emotion. We have fond memories of pairing up the humble biscuit with chai, milk and at times just plain water. The aroma and the taste spell nostalgia. Recently, the biscuit brand recorded a surge in sales during the coronavirus pandemic where not only the migrant workers were served Parle-G, but even people working from home stocked up their pantries. Here are a few lesser-known facts, we bet you don’t know about your favourite biscuit.
India’s most favourite biscuit was first baked in 1938. Back then, it was called Parle Gluco. Keeping up with the competition with other biscuit brands, in 1985, they renamed the product as Parle-G. Also, ‘G’ initially stood for ‘glucose’, which was later stated as ‘genius’ by a brand slogan. Ever since then, there's been no change in the packaging or taste.

story - 50 years back, life was very simple. We used to have a cow in our backyard that gave us natural and fresh milk everyday. There was never a need to worry about adulteration since we owned the animal. Today, the milk we consume is either reconstituted/recombined with milk powder or takes days to reach our home post milking which is prone to adulteration.

In India the Simply Good journey has started with everyone’s favourite MAGGI 2-Minute Masala Noodles fortified with iron which will now provide consumers 15% of their daily Iron requirement.

Iron deficiency is one of the leading micronutrient deficiencies in our country. Not many people are aware of how stark the problem is but as per National Family Health Survey, 2015-16 more than half the women and children in India are iron deficient. Contrary to popular belief that iron deficiency is prevalent only in rural parts of the country we see that the issue is equally spread across urban and rural geographies
