Recipe:
• 2 oz rum
• 1 oz lime
• 1 tsp sugar

Shake with ice and strain.

The Legendary "Paper Plane" cocktail. Summer in a glass!
Recipe (equal parts):
➤ 3/4 oz Lemon
➤ 3/4 oz Aperol
➤ 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
➤ 3/4 oz Bourbon
Method:
1) Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2) Shake with ice.
3) Strain into glass.

The right way to make a Traditional Irish Coffee.

Recipe:
• 1⅓ oz / 40ml Irish Whiskey
• 1 spoon raw sugar
• 6oz / 180ml Coffee
• Whipped Cream Float

Method:
• Pour Whisky into Glass, add desired amount of sugar.
• Brew Coffee
➤If French press:
1) Use 1/4 cup (60ml) Coffee to 3 cups (710ml) Water [1:12]
2) Preheat press for 30 seconds with boiling water, then discard
3) Add Coffee & 1.5 cups Water (half) and let "bloom" for 30 seconds.
4) Add remaining half (1.5 cups) Water and let sit for 4 minutes
5) Lightly press
➤If drip,
Cool, you're done!
• Pour coffee into glass, stir to dissolve sugar/mix.
• Whip cream by hand in cocktail shaker with no ice. Pour over the back of a spoon slowly to layer on top
• Enjoy!
