What a summer! We had hoped to record some this summer but time just got away from us!
Don’t worry- we haven’t forgotten about all of you. School is now in full swing and we hope to kick things back up within the next week! We look forward to spreading some kindness in the world!

HOPE Boxes contain various dry goods foods for anyone in need. Just swing by and take what you need, or make a donation to the box! 😊
There are 4 HOPE boxes across town: one across from Dyer at the Krum Church of Christ, one at the Christian Center Assembly of God Church, one at the Krum feed store, and one in front of KHS.
These HOPE boxes are part of an FFA project that was started by Class of 2020 KHS Alumni Caitlyn Muckensturm.
Today is Brady’s last day of 5th grade! So hard to believe that he will be a middle schooler. So grateful to all of the amazing staff at Blanche Dodd Elementary School!

Today I took Brady out for a late lunch date. I try to do this with him once every 2 weeks or once a month. Today he chose Barley & Board.
When we arrived and took our seat, our sweet waiter, Marcus, came over and introduced himself. He said Kylie told me you’re an amazing table and that I have to take great care of you.
All of a sudden a bubbly, adorable waitress came over and said, “I’m not sure if you remember me but I waited in you last time and you were so great.”❤️
Of course we remembered her- she was such a doll.
Throughout our lunch both Kylie and Marcus came to check on us and were awesome. Shortly after our meal arrived, Marcus said “Kylie said I have to buy you dessert. So save room- I’m bringing you bread pudding!”
How incredibly sweet! The desert was amazing and your kindness was something that warmed our hearts. Kylie told us she thought Brady was so adorable and sweet last time that she knew us instantly. They complimented his style, and graciously took a pic with him.
Thank you Marcus and Kylie for making our day! Thank you for sharing your kindness with us- we are ever so grateful. We appreciate you and had to share this story! ❤️

A dear teacher in our community is in need of a procedure that will change her life. According to the go fund me- a traumatic childhood experience left her blind in her eye.
It has now come to the time that it is necessary to remove her eye and utilize a prosthetic. Let’s rally together to help this wonderful educator get the surgery she needs!
