God’s Covenant: God made a covenant with Noah to preserve him, his family, and pairs of all living creatures (Genesis 6:18-19).

Built the Ark: Noah obeyed God’s command to build a massive ark, a task that took decades. The ark was designed to save his family and animals from the flood (Genesis 6:13-16).

The Great Flood: Noah, his wife, his three sons (Shem, Ham, and Japheth), their wives, and pairs of animals entered the ark. They were safe during the flood that lasted 40 days and 40 nights (Genesis 7:1-12).

A New Beginning: After the floodwaters receded, Noah and his family stepped out of the ark to repopulate the earth. He built an altar and offered sacrifices to God, who promised never to destroy the earth with a flood again (Genesis 8:20-22).

Here are a few facts about Adam from the Bible:

First Man: Adam is the first human created by God in Genesis 1:26-27 and Genesis 2:7. God formed him from the dust of the ground and breathed life into him.

Placed in the Garden of Eden: Adam was placed in the Garden of Eden to tend and care for it (Genesis 2:15).

Creation of Eve: Eve was created from one of Adam’s ribs to be his companion and helper (Genesis 2:21-22). Together, they were the first married couple.

The Fall of Man: Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating the forbidden fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. This act brought sin and death into the world (Genesis 3:1-19).

Father of Humanity: Adam and Eve are considered the ancestors of all humanity. They had children, including Cain, Abel, and Seth (Genesis 4:1-2, 4:25).

Lived a Long Life: According to Genesis 5:5, Adam lived for 930 years.

Significance in the New Testament: Adam is mentioned in the New Testament as a "type" of Christ. While Adam's disobedience brought sin, Christ's obedience brings salvation (Romans 5:12-19, 1 Corinthians 15:21-22, 45-49).
