I had the honor of hearing Nathan Lee speak tonight about his wife’s case at a banquet for work. For those of you who don’t know, Nathan’s wife Denise was kidnapped in January 2008. Due to mandatory training not being a thing in Florida as well as many mishaps on the 911 side, Denise was tragically murdered before law enforcement could find her. Instead of being mad at the world for something so tragic, Nathan turned it into something good. He fought for Florida to mandate 911 dispatcher training under the APCO and NIMS training so something like this never has to happen to another family. Along with these laws, he started a foundation in his wife’s name to spread her story and teach dispatchers how to handle cases like this when they come in. I got to speak with Nathan and share how excited i was to meet him and how hearing his wife’s story, listening to the 911 phone call that she made and seeing how he has fought to change the system made me want to do this job as well. Also go read this book if you haven’t yet. It’s so well done and a perfect last book for Michelle. I know she was cheering in the great beyond about the Golden State Killer being arrested.

If you have not read this book, you NEED to. Michelle did an amazing job getting this book together and Patton and his team did amazing at finishing it when she tragically passed away. It’s the best send of for a woman who fought to have the story told the right way.

Madeleine McCann vanished on a vacation in Portugal with her family on May 3rd 2007 at just 3 years old. Though her family has never given upon finding their little girl, authorities in the U.K are pulling the plug on the task force that was created to help find Madeleine, due to having the possible kidnapper in custody. Though Maddie has not been found and Christian Brueckner has stood by his innocence claim, the police feel this is the man they’ve been looking for.

So everyone has already seen the update and it appears that Brian is in fact deceased. My question is how and when?

Why wasn't he found when hundreds of law enforcement were JUST searching that spot?

Why was he found when his parents FINALLY got involved?

And how is he already skeletal remains if its only been a month?

Maura Murray has been missing for 17 years. Authorities found bone fragments in an area that is close to where she vanished and are currently testing to see if they are hers. Sending prayers to the family.
